I'm looking for a game where just I can hop on, and play for a few minutes, not a game where my level of focus will need to be maximum due to difficulty or just the amount of stuff going on. I was hoping you guys might be able to recommend a game, maybe like an RPG, or anything really like this: a game where I can play for a bit, and upgrade something using some form of currency I earn. I have "I dig it", but thats rather boring. Any game with like a knight you use? Or a robot? A zombie? A house? Anything were I can earn money, then use that money to further something. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance guys! A friend told me this was the site to ask and I got faith .
Homerun Race 3D: Baseball Slugger comes to mind. You unlock "Golden Balls" (currency) while playing and through completing challenges. There are purchasable items that upgrade your character's stats (and some just for appearance). There is also online play if you are into that. Oh and it is $.99 for a limited time. Take a look at Mazugs. I have recently been pleased with this one. Kind of RPG-ish, not too taxing on your attention and about 5 minutes per maze. The levels are randomly generated so you will never finish it. Plus, it is difficult to beat the 99 cent price tag. Frenzic is a fast paced puzzler and one of my favorites. You might say it is like Tetris on steroids. A game usually lasts anywhere between 3-9 minutes. You will not be good at first but it really doesn't take long to get the hang of it. If you have a mac, you can download the desktop version and try it out for free.
Zenonia?? It takes a long time to beat, so maybe its to long to be beaten, since theres over 40 hours of gameplay and its $2.99
I would have said Zenonia too, although I find if I don't pay attention you can die really easily. And dying in that game is just annoying, 2k or 3k wasted =.= I'd recommend Dark Nova, it's a port of the old Space Trader game from the Palm platform. It's accurate down to planet names =D they promise new original content soon too. Perfect for short attention spans as there's no real time action to die in
Star hogs? worms-type of game You win battles in campain, and unlock items to purchase to upgrade your hog. And it's online, so kinda never-ending?
A few off the top of my head are tradewinds 2, zombievill USA, defender chronicles, zenonia... And that's about it
baseball superstars, slight control, harbor master, any nimblebit games, stick wars and fantasic contraption
