      Like Chris said, you cant upload apps here even if they are free. In any case, the app seems to have been removed from the US store so it's not just you, it's not available for anyone anymore. You'll have to wait until its available again.

      What app was it btw?

      Lets try it again.

      A- Its not allowed.
      B- Its not available for anyone.
      C- We have no idea what the hell is this app.

      And I completely forgot the D

      D- Even if someone manages to download it, it wonk work on your iPhone coz it'll be downloaded by some other account and not yours. So you wont be able to use it at all.
