Good suggestion, maybe give a brief description of it and mini review. Arn, you should check out the TouchGen podcasts. They normally go off on some crazy tangents (like gay jokes and what-not) but they've been doing it for ages and have a pretty decent format now. Episode 40 had Paul from Tag Games on there, similar to what you had with Nat. Its always good to hear from devs, but make sure to push them to spill the beans on their upcoming games!!! Also, maybe you could start a thread in the forums for us to post questions for them? I'd also like a "topic of the week", where you discuss a specific topic of relevance, and with a guest dev, it would be interesting to get their insight to some of these topics.
Probably not applicable right now since there's only one podcast out, but I think it'd benefit from having it's own link in the site's nav bar. Took me a long time to notice it was actually there... needs a little more advertisement.

Added! Well, request sent. Uncharted 2 is one hell of a good game to start off with, have you tried co-op yet? The swarm mode is pretty hectic... I'm not big on multiplayer but this is just pure fun. No headset though so it's a pretty silent affair...
Some Suggestions The podcast is good, however it lacks polish of any kind. -First off, the artwork. Please change it. -Edit it properly. It starts too abruptly, you need to start off with some good opening music, then introduce everyone, etc. -In depth interviews with developers. Ask them about their marketing techniques, budgets, successes and faliures, etc. -Get WildCowboy on. -Get a good format. 1. Opening music. 2. Introduction 3. Currently Playing 4.
