Better then rage but that's not saying much it was pretty shallow

 

there is no need to buy iap unless you play like and idiot without using the traps, attacking other gladiators while they fight others, using their weapons as well, using combos etc

If you play just swiping the screen without reason of course it gets difficult since there is a stamina bar like in dark souls so you have to use defensive move with carefull so your weapons doesnt get destroyed (note: even the weapons get destroyed during fight you dont have to re buying them)

But there is no iap wall there are some weapons that you could only buy with iap but you get 3 everytime you level up but still they are not need i have play for hours since this came out and never face a paywall that's just lies in my opinion

I love rage of the gladiator but i think this is better overall you have more freedom inside the arena to move around, graphics i think they are way better and that borderlands looks is a huge plus for me, the cutscenes are voiced in latin and not just some crappy voices like other ios games

no problem at all, just a tip when you start playing check the help section so you get the idea of the combos when you get to dominate the 9 hit combos you will we getting a plenty of money

Iap is needed and you don't earn anything when you level up because I was level 7 or 8 and had 9 gold coins. And the game forces you midway to grind for a sword that's high costing to complete a level I'm sorry y'all can be fanboys/fan girls but I wish I never bought it. Great graphics but gameplay not so much.

To run you have to press and hold the block/doge button then swipe down. The AI is borderline dumb to annoyingly to smart. Sorry but yea 99 cents might be good for this but the regular price was a dumb move. Plus the scratch app was riddled with ads and vituraly unplayable.

 

Wait, when does the sale start? Still showing as 4.99 to me.

 

The main drawback for this game is the difficulty, which I believe is pushing in-app purchase currency. I was having crazy trouble beating the fifth fight. I was saving my money for a proper set of armor to add survivability, but it turned out the weakest level club weapon was all I needed to decimate that stage.

I just saw this too ...after I bought it...so does that mean they actually reduced the price and added in ads that you have to pay for to remove? Ughhh...

I can't complain too much having only paid the $.99 vs $4.99 for it, but if this is true, it's the kind of crap I can't stand from developers. This probably also means those that bought it probably won't be able to delete and redownload it without getting the ads.

It's still downloading so guess I'll see when it's finished.

So i bought the game the first week is i update to this new version and delete after some times and reinstalled will i have ads?

Sorry but i don't like this move at all glad i keep a back up of the old version and even so that is you connect to the internet once and you will not see any ads how can i belive that?

I'm sorry but the 5 stars on the itunes review doesnt look like is going to be there much more time

I really hope so, but still this is a cheap move now putting a iap to remove ads when they were not in the first place
