I dropped my ipod touch 2G and cracked the screen. I bought a new screen off Ebay. When I plug it up and restored it through iTunes it restored fine, I can go into the homescreen like normal except for one thing: the colours are reversed. Black is white and vice versa. Everything looks bleached except for the battery icon which looks pink. Is there anyone who is familiar with this, can help or direct me to help?
Does not sound good...........................I suggest you wait for Apple to reveal the new iPod Touch.
Yea. I guess you could look around some other forums and see if anyone else has had problems installing screens

LOL. Maybe you put the screen in upside down or something. That is pretty crazy. I would love to play Zen Bound or Kyper with reversed colors. That sounds so trippy.
Dude you could sell that for like a ton of money. Maybe not. I don't know. I think it's pretty sweet!

Sell it on eBay as an ipod touch prototype. I personally guarantee the bids will be over $1000 in a week... and if not, you can call me a liar.
