First of all, I only have my iPod Touch (1st gen., 2.1 software) for a few weeks, so if this is already common knowledge, please excuse me. In this case this topic will move down to the second page in only a day, so it can quickly be forgotten. Second of all, this works on my iPod Touch, I don't know if it will also work on iPhones. Third, the game needs to have the setting to disable in-game music. I've read lots of complaints about people who want to listen to their own music during a game, but the game shuts off the music and starts its own music. Actually the solution is very simple. If I go inside a game that shuts down my own music, I find the setting to disable in-game music. (I wouldn't want my music to be running through the in-game music.) Then I press the Home button twice, which opens a popup with my music (which will be paused). I press the Play button, and my music starts playing, even in the game that just disabled my music! Enjoy! I'm not sure what action is mapped to pressing the Home button twice on an iPhone, so I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me if this workaround would also work on an iPhone. Thanks!
