  1. I dunno, I thought that wasn't trying hard enough. I mean really, that's so lame and overused it's practically a greeting these days.

That's sarcasm? It looks like a failed attempt at humor. Reminds me of the traditional MySpace quiz reply to the question "Do you swear?". F**k no!

lol I don't think you post enough for us to recognize your sarcasm voice.

Though I did catch it. I am very good at catching things. I once caught a cold

This site isn't what it used to be. The scene isn't what it used to be. Neither are bad, but there was a time when both were great. That time has passed.

    Big Albie's Ten TA Commandments

Welcome to TA. Now let me give you some advice...call it BA's Ten Commandments...

    1) Don't post stupid threads. If you have to think about whether it's stupid, then chances are, it is.

    2) Don't post threads talking about your feelings. You open yourself up to serious flaming and feeling worse than you were before.

    3) Use proper grammar...please. Unless your second language is English, you have no right to come off like someone who just emerged from a hole.

    4) Be courteous but also defend your ground. There are various TA members (and others who shall remain nameless...btw, I'm one) whose maturity level rivals that of an embryo. That can't be avoided, but don't let them take advantage of you either.

    5) Don't swear even if you're angry. An intelligent retort or comeback can always be had without cursing unless you're on meds or you've had a poor upraising.

    6) The mods are your friends. Keep this mindset and you'll be able to take advantage of them.

    7) Apple fanboyism is common, but it doesn't make it right. Be a Jobs lover for all I care, but if you're wrong, you'll get flamed all the same.

    8) Don't run up your post count with "downloading now" or stupid things like that. If you're not adding value in your posts, it's time to consider locking yourself in your room in the dark.

    9) Understand the mental age of most TA members and set your expectations lower. More often than not, you'll get an immature response. On the other hand, there are equal numbers who will surprise you.

    10) Remember to enjoy the sunlight. Many of us are susceptible to falling into the TA trap of never stepping away from the forum here. This will lead to a shortage of Vitamin D and prolonged virginity.
