Hunters 1 & HD is on sale too. Should I open a new thread or is this one enough?

For some reason i never 'got' into Hunters 1 or 2 previously, played Hunters the other weekend and was addicted, suddenly realised it was 2am ! Looking forward to playing Hunters 1 lots before moving onto the sequel

Cant believe i didnt really give it a chance before

Heard Rodeo Games are doing a 'Warhammer' game next, looking forward to that

    Plays stellar on the ipad3.

Not into turn based strategy games except for a few select, but this one surprised me. Didnt really like the first one so this one came as a surprise.

Just an FYI for those considering a purchase but who haven't played these two games before: They are very different.

Hunters 1 is much more of a free-form game, with the majority of the gameplay consisting of randomly generated missions.

Hunters 2 follows a more linear path and has a more cohesive game world.

Even though I'm usually a fan of the first type, in the case of Hunters, the second iteration is clearly superior. In addition, you can only complete a certain number of missions in a day in Hunters 1. After that, you have to wait 24 hours for new missions to spawn. Same with store items.
