Hey, just wondering if anyone has a solution for recording an iPhone screen. Device: iPhone 5s running 7.1.2, jailbroken Computer: running Windows 8.1 I already tried some options: a) recording directly on the phone Terrible, didn't expect otherwise. Bad quality, lag the longer you record as it fills up disk space. I tried apps such as Shou and Display Recorder b) mirroring through AirPlay I don't have a Mac or an Apple TV, so I installed a program called Reflector 2 on my laptop and mirrored my phones screen through that. It's pretty good, but unfortunately my internet connection is quite bad and that shows in the quality of the recording. I have no influence on the internet connection, so AirPlay is out of the window c) mirroring through the lightning cable In iTools 3 I used a function called real-time desktop (mirroring) and the quality is good. However the FPS seems to cap at about 10, which isn't satisfactory. It also doesn't record sound. d) hooking the phone to the screen with a VGA cable + separate cable to record sound I haven't tried this yet, but I imagine it works the best. I don't have the VGA converter though, so I'll go with this option as my last resort. Am I doing something wrong? Should I use other programs? Have any of you successfully recorded mirrored/recorded an iOS device with Windows?
