How the heck is this game not removed for copyright violation?

    The fact that most of the reviews I saw are from reviewers who have only reviewed other games by the same dev, and no others. That's always my big clue.

    To the OP: I don't see how this game could have any real copyright problems, but maybe I'm missing something. I don't see the problem with the logo. Is that character of the boy a copy of something? The gal with the bonnet on her head looks Mario-ish I guess.

    Copyrights are not enforced automatically. It is up to the owner of said copyright to take the first step of enforcement which usually comes in the form of a cease and desist letter. My guess is that Nintendo has no idea that a game named "Ricky" on the Iphone even exists. And if they do know (their spies are everywhere), it's likely they have weighed their options and decided not to hire a $500/hour attorney to draft a letter and make a stink.
