I think that the average maturity is more spread out then it used to be when I grew up. Yes, many mature teenagers but also a large number of kids with identity crisis, you know the ones with their pants halfway down and the trucker hat sideway? We all know how they're going to turn out, but the real mature ones are way ahead of the bunch, something more common nowaday, most likely because of technology and having the ability to educate yourself with all the information that is now available.
Well I hate the trucker hats, but I like to wear my Jeans "low" (in comparison to some it really isn't low, but anyway), but I wouldn't consider myself to be in an identity crisis. I also know one guy who is on these forums (won't tell me his name though) who is pretty much a cookie cutter version of identity crisis teen
I won't give you the pants, but I'll give you the trucker hats. Anytime anyone sees someone like that, they're given a label that would go against the image I'm trying to promote here
Geez I thought that 16-20 (I'm 20 turning 21 in April) would be the highest amount. Didn't realize there were that many people in their early teens on this forum
21. I'm a Senior in college but I still have 2.5 years left (barring any catastrophes) because being a music major is pretty much the worst thing you can do to yourself besides engineering
