i am looking to upgrade to an ipod touch 4g sometime around christmas......how much do you think i should ask for my ipod 2g 8 gb in prestine condition (had a case on it since the day i had it and it has no scratches on the back) on craigslist?
im giving mine ( gen 2 32gig) away to a friend. so no clue.. 75.00 seems like a good price i say look on ebay and see what the average price is. last time i looked last month everyone was getting rid of there gen 3 i pods for update. chris.
i was thinking more like 100 or 115.......do you think that i could charge more saying it was jailbroken, or would it be better to put it into DUF mode so the person can do whatever he/she wants with it
I think being jailbroken is worth more, but don't put it in DFU mode, because if you think about it, anyone that knows how to get out of DFU will have no reason to pay more for being jailbroken. It will likely just confuse the end-owner. So choose which to put it as, and sell away.
i feel like i could get more from kids at my school because i would put a 35$ case i have for it in and also i would keep it jailbroken. i feel like 115$ would be a good price......but im going to see if anyone is intersented first (really dont want to use ebay or craigslist)
I wouldn't necessarily sell it Jailbroken, but on eBay, 3.12 ver iPod touch 2nd gens are going for more than a 4.0. Just sayin.
Yeah absolutely. 4.0 was terrible on a second gen and killed my iPod. I blame it solely. Though it could have been partially the Jailbreak's fault too. grrr...
I sold my 2g 32gb touch on amazon for $195. Just undercut everyone on amazon and you can sell it pretty fast
how do you get the payment.......it it paypal, check in mail, credit card........ive never used it before
