I am afraid to add it all up. It makes me cry a little bit because I used to be so thrifty *sniff* now I just spend, spend, spend.
Spent quite a bit... $426.67 AU Bought the Touch (first gen) just so I could play the games on it (just after the App Store went live...). Started off buying quite a bit, but have now slowed down - visit this site quite regularly, before making a purchase
Don't even want to begin to think how much money I have dropped for this little hobby here. But hey, if it's of any consolation -- I spent a high multiplier of that on console games and my photography gear. There is always a way of making myself feel a bit better about my purchases. Cheers
That much in 2 days? Did you have time to actually play any of those apps you've purchased? 2 days and $218 sounds like the only two things you've been doing the past two days is a little bit of sleep and a whole lot of buy button pressing. Cheers
It's been about a month and two days. I have played some more than others. I've only spent 20 minutes total with SimCity. Which was the one to pop my cherry on iPhone games.
D'oh. I somehow still think we're in February! My apologies. Had the same thing happen to me with SimCity. Bought it on release day, played for a good few hours, then dropped it in favor of many games of smaller scale that did not require so much attention.
I've spent $102... if you only count what I don't regret. $108 if you count everything Soon to be a bit higher... (And it comes to about 50 cents per day I find. About $15/month. I can live with that when I'm getting this much value from my apps.)
You don't want to know how much we've spent. Maybe a 25:1 ratio of games played to games written up... blakespot
