for most apps a global time restricted trial that uninstalled after would be fine for me. I'd continue to use the app store as opposed to other solutions.
See, this would be perfect. Problem is, I can see how it would reduce sales for a lot of unworthy apps, which ultimately means Apple isn't getting their cut. So yea, can't see it happening
? How do i check my total, i click my email at the top right and it comes up with Edit account info, edit payment information etc. Its changed since i last looked at my purchases.
That buttons been missing for me today. One that was in the "View my account" from the store menu anyway. Been wanting to check to see what I owe for next purchase and haven't been able to.
i'd say ive spent something like 100+ maybe $150 or so... totally worth it though, ive got soooo much use out of the iphone
A little over $100. Probably $120 or so if I look up the receipts. Most were $0.99, but there were a couple of times I splurged on $5.99 and up games. Like just earlier today, where I treated myself to a few of the gameloft games for sale (Midnight Bowling and Pool, Brothers in Arms, and that Guitar Hero clone). I've almost filled all 9 pages, had just over 2.5 gb left on my 8gb iTouch and have been reduced to using iTunes to manage them all. Apple should really try to release an update that puts apps in a "folder" much how music, movies and photos are managed internally on iPods.

It shouldn't have a poll I believe, because at first I'd have to vote below 50 dollar, but in a few weeks that vote would be wrong, since I'd be over the 50 dollar mark. If people keep updating their amounts here, the totals can be tracked and kept up to date as much as possible.
LoL. Every time, I bought a game. I said to myself, this is going to be the last. That's it for the month or now, the year 2008 at least. But, yesterday, I bought Alien Mangle and today I bought Arvale! Am, I going to stop buying? I don't think so!
So far, as dated from 18th till now, I already spent $250 on games and other applications. So far I'm regret of the following purchases: - Hangman2 [$0.99] (doesn't really have features as the free Hangman does) - Cube Runner 2 [$2.99] (does not include sound that exist in the first version. Game play seems laggy compared to the first version too) - xCube [$1.99] (the camera control makes it hard to figure out what's on the other side) - Brothers in Arms: Hour of Heroes [$9.99] (game lags and the control is hard) - Asphalt 4: Elite Racing [$5.99] (the drifting seems unrealistic. Game lags and crashes often.) - 3D Sokoban [$0.99] (perhaps the whole new idea of 3D implementation on Sokoban doesn't sounds quite right) - Midnight Pool [$4.99] (I prefer Virtual Pool instead. The control is much harder than Virtual Pool.) - Moto Chaser [$0.99] (Doesn't sounds like a motor racing game at all. Hitting an obstacle does not even have impact on the vehicle!) Total wasted: $28.92
