How do I attach accessories to iPhone?

Hmm my English isn't that good so I'm not sure what these are called; they're basically little figurines or toys with a thin string that we attach to cellphones. Most cellphones have a tiny hole that allows attaching of these accessories, is it possible to attach one to iPhone (3G)? I looked around my device and couldn't find a suitable opening lol.
And does anyone have other suggestions for decorative accessories for iPhone and where to get them? I'm trying to buy some for friends back home. Thanks.

Those would be called phone charms :)

And no the iphone doesn't have a slot to tie those to, not how apple rolls . Some iphone cases will have a spot to put them on, but the actual iphone itself doesn't. :(

I'm guessing having a hole would take away from the sleekness. If you take it to one of those decorative laser design places, maybe they could do something, but like Zincous said, the only other option is a case.

    Ok thanks for reply.
Which cases do you recommend that has a charm attach spot but also the case is high quality and good design?
