I am interested in picking up Hunters: Episode One, but not until the (iPad version) price drops significantly from $7.99.
Appshopper doesn't really help since it does not appear to have a way to track IAP prices.

Is there a website or app that can track IAP prices?

Yeah, for now, you just have to pay attention. If any notable iAPs go on sale, it'll be mentioned on TA somewhere.

I just hate IAP , its hard to track the game price since it will never show on AppShopper when it discounted. Even tracking on TA is quite a hassle. Somehow will missed it.

    Yeah, that's a shame.
