Unfortunately, the answer to that question is not in any of my data banks! But if the encrypted data packets are deciphered I may be able to remember more information! Again... sorry to drone on about it... but there will be an overall grand prize for this Hover World contest. All I can remember is that it is cool and it has something to do with hovering! It might be awarded to whoever deciphers the most puzzles? It might be awarded to whoever helps the most to decipher these puzzles in this thread? It might be awarded to whoever has the best manners in this thread! I can't quite remember... Hopefully I'll remember more details about it soon! So get deciphering!

Trying to take a stab at this one. I've got ideas but none of them have worked. I'm kinda at a loss here. This seems a bit harder then some of the others. Perchance garbot1 will find a 3rd half of data packet?!? Does anyone else think that garbot1 looks like Earthworm Jim? About two contests ago I started think this already. Maybe its just the waviness at this point.
Yes, it does seem to be very difficult... I think this puzzle is unlike any of the previous ones... sounds like you need some help. I wish I could remember more... Hang on while I search my memory again.... ....... ...... ...... ...... ...... hmmm... I don't know if this helps but... ...whenever I review the first half of the puzzle I get the sudden urge to get down and boogie! Boogie? Why do they call it boogie anyway? Sounds more like a little slimy green thing! .... Sorry I seem to have gotten a little bit off track there.... ... still you can't blame me - my memory banks are all still scrambled. I'll search some more for any more parts of this data packet... I'm sure the game gurus at ezone.com would be able to work this out in a flash!
