Cool! You've got about 10 days left! :D

Don't forget you can enter as many times as you want...

    A story.

    A drawing.

    A photo.

    A video.

    An animation.

    Heck... even a poem entry!

The important thing is to have fun! :D

What?!? You didn't like my smilies entry? Not good enough huh. Guess I'll try harder than.

Seriously, this cold has floored me. I haven't done nothing for the last three days. I was really hoping to be over it by now. So as far as creativity goes, no go. I have a few ideas that I'll try to get to soon.

But for now. What would I do with that Hover Board!?!

I'd love it and hug it and squeeze it and call it George.

    Ha! Ha! George! :)

I once knew a Auto-Duster robot named Kevin...

and a Coffee-machine robot named Suzie

But never a Hover Board called George! :D That's funny!

I hope you feel better soon! :)

    ???

Okay so cloudcastles has an entry in...

cjsbug needs more time for his entry...

pajo has an entry in and is recovering from a cold...

Is anyone else working on an entry?

staulcub? We haven't heard from you in this thread in a while...
... I imagine your entry is going to be knock-your-socks-off amazing!!:D

    I can't wait for everyone's entries! :D

    So... any updates?! :):confused::D

Well... I realise that I'm just a garbage robot that's expected to work full tilt and not complain... but all of this non-stop puzzle discovering/solving has really drained my batteries... :(

    I'm going to try and find a power-socket... :)

Hey! I was beginning to think I was talking to myself... :D

Yes... it's pretty difficult to find a power socket in a dark room...

    ... with low batteries...

So... warcrack... do you have an entry?

All you have to do is post here what you'd do if you had a Hover World iBoard!

If your entry gets chosen (by me) as the best/most creative you might win a US $25 US app store gift certificate! Plus you might win up to 5 eligibility points... that will count towards your overall top 10 ranking...

You can enter as many times as you like... so... you might as well start now... entries must be in by the end of this month!!

    Good luck everyone! :D

Since I talked about the wrong board in my first entry, I have drafted out a second entry. Am wondering if I should post it now or later. It was really fun and is lots easier for me than solving cryptic puzzles. :p

What would I do with George(the new hover board)!!!

I would immediately jump on to try and ride George. Probably fall off a time or two, but get right back on cause this is so totally assume and George doesn't mind. Whats a bruise or two or broken bone (okay some of us are more klutzy than other, and keep the snickering to yourselves) compared to the freedom with in my grasp. With a little patience and practice as George keeps on coaxing me on, I could and would then take George and just hover and fly all over the place. Zipping and zooming (notice no tricks yet) around and thru and over and under just concentrating on getting the stability down pat while pumping up the speed. As if George and I were inseperable. Who know how long this would take me. Days would fly by like minutes with really no concept of time. In my happily delirious state I would almost forsake food for riding George. Of course my brain would bring me back to earth and explain to self, "self you need to eat if youze thinks you're going to keep on ridin". And of course sleep would be a requirement...ah Garbot sometimes you don't know how lucky you are. Of course George wouldn't leave my side.

I would spend the time making sure that George was in as great of condition as when he arrived. Polishing and waxing and painting as needed.

As George and I get to know each others idiosyncracies (okay mine, George is perfect) we would move on to bigger things. Starting slow but building up my hover board proficieny and work on tricks and skills so that I could eventually pull off all the extra cool stunts, loops, grinds and 360s, 720s, 1040s. And of course the v90, v180, v270 (for those not in the know these are differentiated from the normal rotational tricks by performing them while moving in a horizontal direction. Anything above 270 gets tricky since you have to turn off the jets while the nose is rotated vertically and restart the jets at the right time not to crash.) and who knows how gravity defing it could be.

Once I was competent enough, I would go and show George off to all my friends and let them take turns tring George out for themselves and get them hooked on Hover Boards also. While others were taking turns I would tell the rest about the cool Hover World Game, that makes you feel like you're actually riding a hover board. Not quite the same but so immersive that it would seem realistic enough.

I would take time to hang out with all my Hover World buddies. So that we could learn and share new tricks and riding styles or maybe even just share time playing Hover World.

I would look for reasons to be with and use George for things other than entertainment. Like using it to fly into work instead of driving. To run errands and maybe if I got good enough I could drop off and pick up my kids from school (riding tandem on these boards gets tricky). Boy wouldn't their friends say, "HOW COOL IS YOUR DAD!".

I would take the time to share it with all others all over the world, because no one should be able to keep this much joy and fun to themselves.

That's what I would do with George.

Hmmm... Boy I wonder what George and I'll do tomorrow?....

    Ok, here's my second entry:

If I had a Hover World iBoard,
I'd most certainly never be bored.
On it I'd fly across the globe,
Catching attention with a dazzling strobe
    As I leap and glide,
    Soar and slide,
    Streaking across hills and plains
Faster than all the speeding trains,
And across the wide, open sea I'd ride,
Mounting cresting white waves every high tide.

If I had a Hover World iBoard,
Everyone around me would be awed.
They'd invite me to every party,
    Talk to me oh-so-sweetly
    As they offer me delicacies and sweet wine;
But no, I say, most politely I must decline,
For I'll not succumb to their cunning ploy
To fatten me up and make me fall off my new toy,
Just so they can steal off on it,
Leaving me instead their crying kids to babysit.

If I had a Hover World iBoard,
I'd venture to every region unexplored.
For this I'd become an inventor,
    Although first I'd have to find a good mentor;
Together we'd work on creating a portal,
One that won't put to risk a single mortal,
And maybe within it a time machine,
So then to any when or where I could careen,
Flying and frolicking, hopping and dancing ...
Listen to me shout, "Here I come, iBoarding!"
