I tried working on this a little, but I can even get the word/letter coding to work All I get is: HLPTAOUERWEY-EAETLISOTAANCEETODY-AUYBANDTWESACELO-KILYA-Y with "-" being where there are not enough letters in the word. what am I missing? I have no awesomeness.
Well, I've cheated a little, just to get every WL combination a letter. In the line: "and a background too!" I've taken out 'a', so that's not counted as a word just in this situation. And also the last line is Here Turkey Turkey Turkey Turkey.
I haven't had much time to look at this one, and only have minutes to spare at the moment but I'll try to explain. It took me a little bit but basically you skip word 18 'a' and the following word 'background' becomes word 18, of the following: Turkey Blast Reloaded Choose a turkey add it to the mix choose a weapon some trees and (a) background too! Pick some music and start to play and you'll find yourself having a really great time! Don't forget about the bonus levels they're cool! Yeah! Really cool! Yeah! Yeeeeeeaaaaah! Turkey Blast Reloaded Turkey Blast Reloaded Here Turkey Turkey Turkey Turkey haha Then you apply the list and should get it. so why word change at this point? what, what, what happened?!? Did I miss something? of course I did. Well that last little tidbit kinda made a big difference didn't it. Congratulations staulcub! I just got done with my testing about 20 minutes ago, and noticed it was solved, but wanted to see how long it would take me to solve it with the latest clue and put together the final solution. All I can say is it took me a bit more time than you to get the answer (remember I said it took awhile for the brain to engage) but I did finally figure it out and it only took me about 6 times as long as you I agree Daldaris definitely gets the nod on this one.
For anyone who is interested, attached is a simple tool that helped me to solve this puzzle quickly when the final hint was posted. It wasn't making any sense until the "a" was removed, so I thank Daldaris for providing that critical piece of info.
Looks pretty similar to what I was using. Gotta love the VLOOKUP I also used LEFT and RIGHT to pick the letter.
