I'm kinda guessing it is, but not much is coming to mind to solve it, atleast of the things I've tried nothing has given any results. Its kinda tough when your not sure it is a puzzle or just a long reboot process.
I'm going to feel really foolish if it turns out this isn't a puzzle at all but only garbots way of resting.
Not sure what this is worth, but there is an ezone app "Crazy Zapper" that references shock therapy and powering down. But then again pajo could be right about garbot1 resting
