Incoming data packet! This encrypted data packet comes in two halves... Here's one half... I don't know how useful it is...
Going by memory (which I don't have much of), 1,2,3 have already been solved... it's this green 4 that I don't understand. Hopefully I will find the second half of this data packet soon... otherwise this encryption will be near impossible to decipher!

Anyone figured it out yet? This one looks extra tricky. Almost impossible. Maybe I'll never get my full memory back! Still... I've gotta stay positive... maybe I should try to look at life through rose-colored glasses?!
