Hmm... ... sounds like detective?... ... objective? ... effective? ... subjective? Hmm... My puzzle-solving diodes are really shoddy!
Well there goes that idea dectective = SELECTIVE fish = MISH boxbox = IN that gets you SELECTIVE MISSION I was pretty fond of that one. The main picture really has me stumped. (I kinda liked the air conditioner falling on the jogger to be FALL GUY). No that I have the two pictures figured out either. Unlike possibly staulcub I can't see a theme yet. Well I'll keep beating on it...later.
This puzzle really seems to have stumped you guys! We've got to get this thread more active - like that guy in the puzzle picture (the one about to be hit by the air-conditioner) - he looks pretty active!
The thing that bothers me about the jogger is the fact that he only has one 'dumbell' weight in his left hand. May be significant but can't think of anything at the moment.
Alright, I feel like I might be onto something and I'm at the point where I just want the puzzle solved. Are you guys down for some teamwork?: Sounds like detective = DEFECTIVE Not sure about the fish but sounds like soar = OR Dude in box = IN + Diva = OPERA BELLE = INOPERABLE Guy running with dumbell = ACTIVE ACTIVE MALFUNCTION is a products insurance term that describes a product that, instead of bringing benefit to its user, actually damages the user's property. This might describe the runner who is about to be seriously injured by his air conditioner. Let's solve this badboy!
Nice work staulcub. Had figured DEFECTIVE and IN but the rest of it is genius. Im wondering about the 'ACTIVE MALFUNCTION', it got me to thinking of what +ML<up arrow> is and it dawned on me this could mean 'MALFUNCTION'. where the <up arrow> maybe represents some kind of mathmatical function or keyboard function...
sorry that was a bit misleading. I was thinking of the +ML<up arrow> all by itself, not in relation to the ACTIVE MALFUNCTION other than it got me thinking is all. SO taken by itself just like you wrote, this is what I meant: 'M' A 'L' FUNCTION. Again where the <up arrow> is represented by FUNCTION. Is that what you were asking?
