Well... usually with these cryptic puzzles, if there is someone listening (or an ear) - it can mean "sounds like"... ... for instance "fish" can sound like "dish"... ... not saying that dish is the answer though... Good Luck!

I've been staring at this for such a long time the past day(s). Soo stumped. If that sarcastic face means sarcasm then a clue to the puzzle is 'dish' if that sarcastic face is a poorly placed smily, it's a word that rhymes with fish. Uuuhh Dish?
