I can't believe I'm still second when so many others have been solving the puzzles. I hope my brain can work better for the next puzzles!
Great work jwcasser and everyone that contributed!!! I have been swamped with schoolwork and studying and this riddle was too much on the back of my mind so I am glad it is finally solved
Thanks to jwcasser and to everyone who helped to solve the last data packet... we have discovered the optical video link program password!! FILMSTUDIO - I should have thought of that myself! Anyway... Now I can post a video view of what my optical circuits (eyes) are seeing! Yes, the room I am in is pitch black... but I should be able to activate the built-in optical light that is controlled by the newly accessed optical video link program! And... with your help we might be able to work as a team and figure out exactly where I am and how to get out of here! So stay tuned for optical video link...
Great job! Finally this riddle is solved, wow. Oh, a new video. I wish I had to tools right now to solve the abc code in it.
I don't have the time now to figure out the letters within, but the video image looks like a double mirror image of a hand moving; and altogether the hands look like a spider.
The video says "THE END OF EVERYTHING". There is a riddle "What is the end of everything?" and the answer is the letter G. I don't think that is the answer though...
Thanks for decoding. I haven't yet had enough coffee this morning. just for sh!ts and giggles, I tried LETTERG, and THELETTERG, but nuthin'...
Sheez...HandOfTodd, HandOfTodd...how many times I gotsta tellya, HandOfTodd. (you know Brian of Nazareth, and no there wasn't really any references like that, that I know of) Wow another one with a dearth of information. Well here's waiting for the next clue.
I thought of it as a duplication and using your riddle I got gg, which means good game. Didn't work...
Don't anyone get their hopes up, I haven't got anywhere on this. So maybe this is assumed but are we trying to figure out where garbot1 is? Is that the task and answer of the riddle? Per garbot1's words "And... with your help we might be able to work as a team and figure out exactly where I am and how to get out of here!". Of is it in two parts where and how? Or are we just trying to answer the riddle within its own context? I'm also guessing like the previous posts about doubling/palindrome that the mirror effect in the video is significant to the answer. Has anyone tried to deconstruct the video further? It could just be rorschach images but there seems to be tantalizing glimpses in the imagery, of people type figures, to me anyway. I haven't taken it apart frame by frame yet. Here is some things I've tried for various reasons. hehe. Similar to a few of your attempts, I tried GRAVE, GRAVES, GRAVESITE The end of everythinG is G. And then maybe a word that begins with G that is at the end. I immediately thought GRAVE. And at the end of everything you're in the grave. And it's October. But no, that didn't work either.
And they were playing such good Twins baseball. They had their opportunities. So its one to you and the Yanks. Lets see what the next one brings.
The end of everything could also be the objective. In an optical instrument, the objective is the optical element that gathers light from the object being observed and focuses the light rays to produce a real image.
