Not really I've allready noticed the 42 everywhere (this puzzle reveals them all), but it doesn't rings any bells atm. And I'm also afraid of the army of red herrings
Maybe I'm getting somewhere. The words evil time true have the fourth letter moved from the end to the front making the word eligible. So maybe that is to do with the 42 or the ?4? Keep it going, I'm still at work, so I don't have the tools and time to decode the puzzle, but maybe some of my ideas will work well for you.
