I guess others have noticed that some chests are empty. It would be cool if these were "mimic" like chests that initiated a battle with a Pygon.
Quick question because the front page seems a little muddled and the information on the app's description on the app store seems like it might be misleading. Are the graphics optimised for the new iPad? As in is it Retina or like IB2?
Just when you think you've seen everything this forum has to offer, along comes Tegra-powered cloth disappointment!
Here are a few screenshots from the new iPad. (reduced to 50%) The game isn't full retina but it does look great. http://www.candykiller.com/temp/hornscreens.jpg
Yep, it's not quite Retina. Still it does look great. Thanks! And why aren't more games optimised for the Retina display, almost feels like I did something stupid waiting with my iPad 1 to upgrade to the iPad 3.
Far out. Can everyone stop bitching already? I simply cannot come to terms with the fact at how bloody insatiable everyone is. How about this? Stop complaining that you don't have petty cloth physics and just play the game? Whining about this, whining about that. Honestly, first world problems these are. Having said that, Horn looks and plays stunningly well. Bravo to the developer.
I have to say, I got this on my iPhone 4 and I couldn't believe how it looked. I haven't seen a game on my phone without any retina display at all for quite a while and everything was really jagged, even the menus. Really shocked as I was expecting something at least better than that.
The first level in Westernesse was epic! The gameplay as you travel there from Sudenne was awesome too. This is one of the finest iOS games to date, in my opinion. One suggestion for the devs to consider in a future update is an option to disable "hint graphics." There's no need to see the animated arrow indicating to pull yourself up after climbing on a ledge once you have done it around 100 times. We kinda get it by then.
Armory quests not opening I have the same issue! I touch the icons but but nothing happens at all...any solutions?
I suggested trying the rightmost mission on the level that has the blue light floating over it in town. Hope that helps!
Ign played it for about 10hrs but if you explore or try to get extras it could easily go higher. Maybe someone else who didn't work on the game can comment on difficulty.
