Genuinely excited for this - so glad to hear Barry is on board and that first music is great. Takes me back to days of Super Cars and Lotus, but with an up to date vibe - just like you can clearly see in the visuals. And nice to see its lap-based - I like Final Freeway 2R for an OutRun fix, but really prefer 8 Bit Rally for the circuits over FF2R's racing in stages. Really enjoying your tumblr too - keep it up, it makes the wait more bearable!

Project retro racer I for one welcome the freeimum idea with paid cars but only if u balance them out with skillful driving too. The graphics are amazing and lovely and to enjoy the game without adds is a big step. One thing I haven't seen yet in many games but it's getting popular is a premium add free option to unlock. If u do that, for like $2.99 you can throw in a few cars. Maybe add a boost that sets the road behind u on fire? An if you have online leader boards maybe a mode to race others ghost cars to beat their times? Just thinking. Maybe having two other ghost cars on the track like a top three times you try to beat... Probably asking too much lol Tldr- I can't wait for this game

Note - This is Niterói city, where you can see Niteroi Contemporary Art Museum, designed by the famous and very talented architect Oscar Niemeyer. Looks like they have recently completed 50 race tracks so far. Really enjoying the development of this game. Can't wait for this to be released. I do hope we hear some news/updates very soon.
Hi guys, sorry for the silence in the thread lately. We've been working pretty hard towards finishing the game. Now at the final stretch, we can finally reveal our definitive name: HORIZON CHASE Watch our teaser trailer! Also, some news! I'm very glad to announce that the game will be out following a premium model. In the end a F2P game would probably detract too much from the original 90's racing experience we're aiming for, so we've settled for a cool package full of cars and races from around the world! Thats it for now, but Ill be back with more news soon! The plan it to do some weekly updates at the very least until release time (which is coming soon!)
Vexille, thank you so much for this awesome update, i like the new name of the game, Horizon Chase seems to fit just right. But i'm really glad to hear that you decided to go with the premium model, this makes Horizon Chase an instant buy for me, thank you.
