That would be a different game, this is a gift for fans of Top Gear, Outrun, Lotus Turbo Challenge and other 8/16-bitt racers of the ilk.
I've had Rej 03 unlocked a few days but not up to it yet but since the post about nerfing it I wanted to try while it's still hard, come second on my first two tries then pro score on the third try. It's not that hard really...but I can see why people get irritated on it.
Hmm, for me I usually find racing games that have a bunch of cute variations kind of annoying. I mean elimination or one on one with traffic..it's essentially still get to the front of the pack. For me the variation comes from different tracks and locations... An endless mode would be the one variation that I'd really like.
So Rej 03 wasn't really tough but just rage quit on a race in India because it was annoying me. I think that's enough racing for today! By annoying me I mean I have pro on every race up to where I am in India and won't move on until I get it. There really is a lot of game for your money though as its lasted me quite a while now.
The 2 last India races at the end of the game are almost impossible to beat. I've tried all cars and have nearly perfect runs, can't get better than 2nd place. My friend managed to finish them but said it was purely by luck. He had to rush through the first cars without hitting any bumpers.
I'm sure this has already been asked/answered, but how is Retro Mode unlocked? Thanks in advance for any info.
You need to get first place and all tokens in all races to unlock Retro mode. It's tough but it IS doable.
And look at this, out of all the millions of game icons in the App Store, they chose Horizon Chase icon as one of the 5 icons present in their new Twitter account. Congrats!
I've finally managed to get gold cup in all races...and got an invisible car. The game didn't unlock the delorean. I'm mad... It tooks me eveything to finish the 2 last India races and the game glitched on me. Still a great game. I'm sending my save-file to the devs for investigation.
