A hat reward for doing it will hookbot or just with anyone? Because with hookbot I think it's impossible.
at the end of each hat levels,you get a special hat for a character (stone hatbox gives zelle a new hat), if you complete any of the levels with hookbot, the hat will not be unlocked until you complete that level with another character (I still think it should be that whoever completes the gold level gets a hat and the other levels just give an absurd amount of cash, but I digress) kepa, mabye you could add a random event to the gold levels where there is a 0.1% chance of the character dropping it at the end, and it smashes open to reveal that it was an ancient piggy bank and you get a lot of gold?(hmm? ancient piggy bank?, how about that as a new level set, stone,bronze, silver and gold piggy banks?) maybe only add this to a piggy bank level set?? EDIT OMG...Qpawns avatar... it's...it's....HAL! (in blue!) *faints*
Haha. I should've known qpawn would come through with the HAL avatar. I suspect Kepa is having fun playing with us like this.
My iphone went South last night, and I'm restoring from backup now, so I can't check it out. I'll be happy when the mystery is revealed so that we aren't accused of being whiny little kids anymore.
Hope you backed up recently? Having to play through the entire game can be a little arduous, especially when it comes to saving up for all 3 mega hooks. True - at 27 I'm a little too old to be called a whiny kid. If anything, they should be congratulating us for our deductive powers.
Luckily I had a backup from last night, so I didn't lose any HC data. It just finished and I checked. And I saw qpawn's avatar. That is so cool! Yeah, I think we did a good job determining that something wasn't right with qpawn. For the most part you would never notice unless you were competing with qpawn for #1 global spots. Then it was easy to see that either this person was really good, or there was more to the story.
just that he/she/it/they/<pronoun here>, enjoy reading our posts and changing <pronoun> avatar so, it would seem that if qpawn is a bot, the "face" of it is either a sentient machine or kepa messing with us If not, it is either somebody who reads these forums, specifically one with a good sense of humor and access to dev content, or kepa (like there's any difference) does <pronoun> seem to have a sleeping pattern? (then again, a bot could easily have an on/off timer put in) one thing that I don't get: kepa gave us a "screenshot directly from qpawn's iphone" after kepa posted it, qpawn changed <pronoun> avatar to mock us after we talked about how it seemed like qpawn was HAL, and you mentioned "I always imagined qpawn as having a blue lens" qpawn changed the avatar to a picture of HAL with a blue lens the part that doesn't make sense is the first part; how did kepa get the screenshot of the dev only content "directly from qpawns iphone"? unless it is a thing openfeint can do (which is probably a breach of privacy and human rights) then the only possible solution is that qpawn is someone on the dev team. Am I close kepa?

Kepa, is it a possibility that you'll be adding a map making add-on to Hook Champ? I would pay a buck for the software to make hook champ maps.

On closer inspection, Kepa edited the hair on Jake at the bottom of the screen, but not higher up. Nice try! On a related note, qpawn messaged me on OF with a link to this image. Maybe this mysterious suit is the key to his success, complete with Cursed spats and Cursed blue eyes
heh heh heh the eyes are a nice touch (I still think it's kepa as the profile manager and a bot as the player, so from now on, I will refer to qpawn as "they" instead of <pronoun>) (kepa, release these two costumes in update 4 or else the entire TA community will kill you in your sleep for not revealing the awesomeness to the world ) (I just had the best idea for a new plaer character, EVER! the shopkeeper, in the rat levels, the shopkeeper expresses how he has built a machine created to destroy chaser's, mabye he wants to beta test it )
