Just updated and bought the new character! That brings my grand total of spendings on this game to $2.97. Well spent momey to me as I love this game. The new character shotgun IS different, though! Also, do you have to beat the rat and skull challenges to unlock the newest hat challenge?
The character's shotgun looks different, but it's the same as a regular shotgun. Cosmetic change only. Depending on how well this DLC does compared to Hookbot, we'll decide whether or not to do cosmetic only versus functional DLC in future games. You do have to beat rat and skull to unlock the newest levelset. The newest levelset is also much harder than either one of them. This will most likely be the hardest levelset in the game, ever. In future updates we're going to start adding more casual levelsets that everyone can enjoy. Also, we're changing the graphics to 16 bit for future games rather than 8 bit. 8 bit is a little too polarizing in opinions. However, everyone loves SNES graphics.

Hook Champ FTFW!!!! Man I love to see an update out when I log on my itouch. Downloding dlc now. I will always support dedicated dev(s) that are active in the community making the game better consistantly! Thanks team Rocketcat!
Holy s..t!! I bought ther hat map and can anyone tell how to disable the chaser hand in the forbiden hat level ? Cos the level is oredi isane enough but with the chaser it is crazy pls tell me how to take away the chaser.
oh and the graphics suck 8 bit what are we in 1977 Russia? why isn't this game in 3d and multiplayer And completely free how dare developers charge for products
Wow! That is about all I can say about the new level. Kepa, you weren't kidding when you said it was hard. Much more trippy than I was expecting. DLC bought immediately.
btw I am totally kidding I love hook champ, best game of all time, bought the dlc even though I don't use gunny but i'd pay kepa a million dollars if he made a character cost that much, I love rocketcat. they can sleep in my bed anytime
