If I am, I don't know it yet. If I was a robot I'd probably be better at Hook Champ. I've started playing through the Monkey levels a bit more so I might have to start seriously trying to record some decent times on them. Roll on the update too, hopefully it won't take 2 weeks to get approved.
Kepa, did you solve the "achievement (Mo money Gold) NOT unlocking" in the update 3? I also cant get it, i've already got all the diamonds at the end of Gold Skull and it didnt unlock for me.
We left this vague, so that people could make their own disturbing fanfiction or fan art. There's nothing written down about their relationship besides in-game dialog. There's also nothing written down about what they do with all their riches, besides buying hats and guns. A cursory check implies that he's not cheating. We could solve this once and for all, but it would take time on our part that we could use for, say, working on the next game or update. Update was submitted. And BAD NEWS: We resubmitted the update early today because we found a massive, show stopping (if somewhat rare) bug with the new Challenge system. Rather than delay the whole patch, we just reverted to the old Challenge system. So that's another thing to put on the update 4 pile. This sucks because it was really a great system. We didn't get to this one, but we fixed a few other achievement bugs. The local scores one, hat one, and another one I forget right now. We couldn't quite pinpoint what the issue is with the Mo' Money bug. We'll give it another shot for update 4, though.
No problem Do you need any information about this? If there are any other level that this achievement is possible i can try and see if it unlocks... but right now i really just know Gold Skull.
It should really work in Gold Skull, if it's not bugged. The achivement was practically designed for the end secret of that level... We'll take a closer look at it later.
I would definitely say don't waste your time trying to solve this problem. I'd much rather you guys focus on the real (and fun) work. But a good conspiracy theory can't hurt. =)
I just beat qpawn's Golden Skull score by 7 points to reclaim the #1 spot. Let's see how long it takes from this post for him to beat me by 2 points. Shame about the update, I can live without the new challenge system for now though, so long as we get the new Space levels asap.
Do you think you could add a thing for the Robot so that the lava does not kill him, one time upgrade to max it, cost 500
Good job, zoo! I haven't been able to beat much of anything lately, but then I haven't played a whole lot, either.
We thought the robot is more or less fine as-is, due to the recharging nature of his thrusters. You can pretty much get through any level just by using the thrusters if you miss, hanging onto the ceiling for awhile, and repeating. We could if demand was high, though.
hey kepa, so what is all in episode three, and how many more updates are you planning on submiitting before you stop.
Update 3 (Already submitted): OPenFeint 2.4, with all the trimmings Option to replace ghosts with a line-indicator in settings New Level Set: Ultrahard difficulty theme. Our final DLC, cosmetic only this time. Also has new hats and dialog. Lots of new hats. Various bugfixes related to achivements. Tons of performance tweaks. Better beginning rope to help new players. Update 4 (Planned for the end of this month): New easy to moderate difficulty level set, starring John Gore and his infinite ammo machinegun. New Challenge System that lets you duel to the death. Possible hats??? Lite Update! We plan on doing Hook Champ updates until we stop making games for the iPhone entirely. The rate of updates will probably slow down after update 4, though. Also, we'll most likely focus on hats and levels from now on rather than completely new features from scratch.
How about an endless mode with local leaderboards (and global) with randomized levels? I think that would be neat
