You don't, it's just for trying Pro controls once. I used to prefer Pro but honestly I just like the Default mode nowadays. Super secret spoilers for the first update: I think we're up to 40 hats now in the alpha for the first update.

This game went from easy to hard very fast. It was dead easy for the first few levels and the next it was really hard.
Yessss,just beat golden skull.have #8 global score too though?doesn't seem right xD unfortunately I didn't beat the dev score on it...have to go through it again and bronze skull too IIRC love this game
Hey Kepa, something happen to the Global Score list? A few of my Global Scores have disappeared from the list. I had #1 Silver Monkey, for example, with 7044 (which still shows up on my Local List), and while that's no longer the #1 Global Score for that map, it should be the #4 slot, but it's gone. Has happened on a couple other lists too. Is there a regularly scheduled score list reset or something? My #1 slot for Silver Skull is still there, which makes me happy inside.
Gentlemen, I have taken back what is mine. The secret to getting a higher score on the Golden Skull is this - you don't need to use one of your precious rocket boots to climb the chimney. If you simply climb it with your hook, you can save your last rocket boots for the extra two gems at the end. To recap: 1) First rocket boots at the first long gap (with an arch of coins and a gem) 2) Second rocket boots at the second long gap 3) HOOK to climb the chimney 4) When you've climbed to the ceiling, and there are several hanging skulls, drop down to the lava, and use your third pair of rocket boots right before hitting the magma. You should collect around five gems here. 5) Use your final pair of rocket boots at the end of the level, to climb to the top of the "wall," where you can collect two more gems. Proceed with caution, sirs, and good luck!
Congrats.you took that screenshot JUST before I got a new score.unfortunately it's still not high enough to beat yours but it's enough for 4th or 5th place I've got #1 on golden monkey as well so...combined with the Spanish fiesta cap,I now have every cap in the game But about 1400 coins spare D: just waiting on the update now I feel bad that I only paid £0.59 for such an awesome game
I've also got every cap in the game, with about 5k to spare. I've almost been treating this game as if it only has one level - mastering the Golden Skull is all that matters to me. I wish I had a Skull Crown for being #1 on the Golden Skull! Oh, and congratulations on ranking on the Golden Skull!
