i have bought the game the new update wont let me pass through the 1st level

 

We haven't had a new update recently, so I'm not sure what would be causing this.

Has anyone else been having this problem?

 

So there is only a total of 6 Maps with the Extra Minigore Map? If so then.....

You have a long wait ahead of you then, as it has already been stated that HC won't go on sale again. It is worth more than the $2.99 asking price as it is.

Well each area has 4 stages, so including the Minigore ones there's 36 total.

 

You'd be surprised at how long that will last. I probably spent 12-15 hrs beating this game.

Sorry but it won't happen. It has been confirmed by the devs.

 

There are a total of 9 levels each composed of 4 sub-levels: classified as Stone, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

everyone here seems to get mad at people who want to save money..I got Hook Champ for free how's that

 

There's a difference between trying to save money & being flat-out cheap.

 

There not mad just honest. Who knows though, they might put it on sale when Super Quick Hook is released.

Either way the game is well worth the asking price.

If a thread with close to 4000 posts doesn't convince you, then I don't know what will. This is still one of the best games I have played on my iPhone, and I would easily pay more for the game without a second thought. But that's just me.
