    Yeah, it'll never be that low again. We'll have the occassional only-two-bucks sale, though. Why we charge 3 dollars: It's a real game, we update, and I don't believe in microtransactions, generally. Then again, there is one microtransaction idea that I find amusing and might try later (Hint: It's *not* having to pay for map packs.)

    I've seen people get upset at Gold Bull. It used to be mind bogglingly difficult, but it got toned down a bit.

    That's a really weird bug. As for the crown thing, we have a couple different ideas on this, one of which should become obvious in the first update. The second idea is a really big, original feature that I haven't seen many games do, and I'm saving that for a later update.

    We're looking into a friends tab, but proooobably not until update 2.

    I believe scores are tracked as far as we can manage, maybe you're just really good.

    I've said before (hell, in this reply) that we ended up nerfing some things to make the game a little less insane. Because of this, we already have tons of proven-to-work ideas for new levels. All we have to do is randomly select some concept that was "too difficult" in beta. For future Challenge Levels, I'm can assume that everyone's a veteran of the game that has at least beaten Bull and given Skull a good try. Should be pretty interesting.

    I'm posting less to this thread than normal because we're really trying to cram a lot of stuff in the first update. I'll still check in occasionally. Also, first information on the new update should start to trickle out soon.

    Friends tab would be awesome. Or, at least, add OpenFeint or another "score keeper" to the game. Comparing scores with friends is always fun and even better competing to have the top score between a group :p

    I agree that the levels should be a little harder possibly, but not all of them should be. There should also be easier levels to add more variety to the game and not just continue to make it harder. Mix of both hard and easier/intermediate would be awesome :)

    Awesome game. Really awesome.

    Don't know if this has been suggested... I think I read somewhere that you like items Kepa. How about an item that makes it easier to break ("dig") through walls faster? :)

    Found another bug,posting from my phone so pleaser excuse any mistakes in grammar or spelling.

    On the golden skull level, sometimes my hook doesn't latch on the 9th pillar into the level.obviously it's impossible to get a screenshot but I'm sure it's the 9th one.I think my hook is hitting too high a place but it definitely looks like it should catch on. Gotten up to 70% so far :D

    nice one kepa, really appreciate you keeping us up to date with developments.

    looking forward to the 1st update so i can nail that gold bull once and for all. really was beyond my patience that lol anything else that gets added to this game is a real bonus. everyone should own this.

    Phew! Finally beaten Golden Bull! Must have taken at least 100 attempts but it felt great when finally beat it! Then I discover there's something called Skull, which is even more crazy. I think I've actually discovered a bug on the Skull level which might occur on all levels:

    1. The giant skull thing caught up on me and I was at a dead end.
    2. I shot it and it stopped moving.
    3. I then grappled left, over the top of it, in an attempt to backtrack slightly so that I could get to higher ground.
    4. All of a sudden, the screen flicked back to the skull after it had unfrozen and my chaps bones spewed out of his mouth - even though I was to the left of him by quite a way!!!

    I does that on all levels, if he unstuns and ou are left of him you auto-die.

    I'm very mad that I tied in "score" with qpawn (for 1st place), but have a better time. :(

    Nevermind, I got #1 score for silver wimpy. 4298! But there were certain parts I didn't do the very best, such as the beginning, and on two of the breakable boxes parts. I'd estimate the very max score to be around 4350.

    Man, I love this game. Great job Kepa and cc and anybody else on the team. I honestly can't believe I randomly came across this game and decided to buy it since it was only.99... And got a game this good! This is one of the best games Ive played! I think the difficulty is great and the levels are put together amazingly well.

    And as a side note I love the different hat ideas and upgrades. And while I luckily managed to get a #1 global spot on a level the major
    players weren't paying attention to, I'll be interested to see the new ideas for getting a crown that Kepa has mentioned, because some scores are ridiculously good...

    I couldn't even get #1, I could only manage #5 on one of the frog levels but even then that was knocked down to #6 pretty quickly. Can't wait for the update.

    Keep trying, but don't try for a highscore on a level you think is hard. Do one you can easily beat and master it.

    I just felt like coming in and mentioning that I finally beat Silver Skull for the first time after trying it about 10 times... and got the #1 Global Score on it.

    Booyah. :D

    Will you guys be implementing new maps? If so, how? Will you have a scrolling map instead of a static map, or just add new locations? Also, you have told me these maps will most likely not be $ DLC, is this right?

    P.S. I beat the Golden Skull yesterday!
