Yes, that's exactly what I was saying. He's watching us on his monitor, right now, stroking a cat and laughing maniacally. It's driving me mad that he's doing this. *angrily shakes fist* I downloaded the Speed Tap game, maybe if I can somehow beat qpawn in THAT game it will cause a simulator crash and he will stop tormenting our Hook Champ lives. Everybody should dl that game and try to top him
Well being that I would guess he's a west coaster-don't know why, just a feeling I guess-you should give him the benefit of the doubt on time. Besides if you really want to make your case solid for calling him out as a liar you should wait until the entire world reaches the 2nd.
Thanks Mike! Manage to do it, but i couldnt finish the level yet... at least for me, it is the best of the 3 first hat levels i played... very interesting and challenging level design... By the way, is the gold hat easier than the others? I read in a topic that it gets easier as you advance... and i think that Stone Hat is a pain in the ass, much more difficult than Bronza Hat and Silver...
Here's the BIG REVEAL: Qpawn is totally just some guy. Here, he sent me a chart. I hope you're all happy to spoil the mystique. He's simply someone that got the game shortly after release and never stopped practicing. It turns out that it's possible to keep inching near the Theoretical Perfect Time in a level. That is, it's possible to eventually shave off more and more from your time in increments, you just end up getting closer to NASA-like precision. Though we're not doing the total Challenge System revamp this game, we'll probably still have time to add a "secretive mode" for sending Challenges. Instead of sending a ghost, you can send a simple line. This way, no one can see your tricks, but you can prove that you're not totally cheating. Or you can simply compete with your most bitter rivals without giving away your own secrets.
^^^^Awesome, I'm satisfied with that answer. And those mock up game screens are great!! Ok, so qpawn, I know you're reading. So get on in here and say hello to all your adoring fans!!!
Hmm, that's pretty funny. Everyone thought Qpawn was everything except a normal person. Haha! EDIT: Qpawn, come join this thread. You're not a robot. You're a person with a lot of time on their hands to talk on this forum. Say hello!
wow, jake must read the forum as well, he told gunny my theory also, say HI qpawn! you must be some kind of deity to be that good ^_^
I've been hesitant as to whether I should or shouldn't get this game, and I just got it. It is incredible. I've noticed that a lot of games I am hesitant to getting definitely exceed my expectations. For example, Hook Champ, Jet Car Stunts, and Doodle Jump are all incredibly fun games that I was hesitant to get. I got them all and these are the games I play most on my iPod Touch.
I love how you handled that with game graphics!!! XD qpawn, laugh this all up. You deserve it. I'm making you an honorary dwarf in a metalic bear suit! Speaking of graphics, when can we have access to HC's art assets kepa???
Love the revelatory Photoshops. qpawn, congratulations on being so insanely good at this game. You really should come out of hiding now, even if only to answer this one question - how do you see when someone beat one of your times, and better it, in such a short space of time? Is it as simple as refreshing the scoreboards and playing regularly?
I'm cool with the answer. As I mentioned before, if qpawn is human, then my hat is off to you. So, I take my hat off! Still a bit strange that he didn't just post a "hi" or something himself. And good questions, zoo. I'd be curious to hear the answers. Sure he is really good, but his turn around times are extremely fast.
Omg out of everyone I was right because I found his toucharcade profile first and it says he is a forum member! I was wrong about the rest but right about that!
...I just realized something, the only thing we have to go on is kepa's word that qpawn is human, until he actually shows up here...then again, it could simply be kepa with another account. I will refuse to acknowledge qpawn as a regular player until he actually shows up here himself and proves it (also, kepa posts ONE photoshopped image and suddenly everyone accepts qpawn as what kepa says, the photoshop couldn't have taken much more than 30 minutes. Remember, the magician never reveals his secrets ) unless qpawn actually becomes an active member on here and can reasonably convince me he is a player, I will not believe he is real. *throws metallic glove*
That is why I thought it was a bit strange. And you summed up my thoughts - there is no real proof until qpawn says something. Even then, who knows. But I'm gonna go with it, and move on.
I just noticed something else strange, a good bot would theoretically be untraceable, if kepa is thelling the truth about what is confirmed about qpawn, it is possible that qpawn just uses an untracable bot or untracable cheats. to quote BLEACH: Admiration is the state furthest from understanding -Sosuke Aizen (edit, I just reread kepa's post, it says the chart is from qpawn himself, so, can it be trusted? if a man accused of murder says that he didnt kill someone, are you going to believe him immediately?)
This whole qpawn thing is starting to get to a point I don't care anymore. Qpawn is good enough, that if he says he's a real person, you'll be like... "WTF NO YOU HAX". Haha, just saying. There is really no proof that someone isn't someone else. What if I was to say I was you? Btw, where's my hat guide information?!
Adam cool it, why would kepa make another account to play a game he made. Kepa could just use his own account, and he does, I have seen him on the global leaderboard.
