Are the included games actually any fun? I'm on IOS 8.3 so for now that's all I can do but I'm thinking of buying this anyways.

Was gonna get this but I'm on 8.3. Just noticed my other GBA emulator hidden in the Awesome Baby Names app doesn't work anymore either. Loads up fine and can still add roms but try to play one and it crashes. Kinda sucks... Wish this app worked with this OS...

Well app all backed up just in case !

I'm still using some other emulators i've got but this is a good one. Just i need some time to create the JPG's for the cover art etc. Shame you cant have categories for the different systems as i tend to put a LOT of old retro roms on

Have you opened the file structure up in iexplorer or ifunbox ? You should see all the names of the current games then in a folder

I'm on ios8.3 just updated, anyway to get this to work? I wouldn't want to downgrade as it causes to much of a problem, thanks. On the App Store it says its compatible with iOS 8 or later...

Anyway isn't drop box same as ifunbox? It ifunbox does not work use drop box, issue solved.

Running the GBA games Super Robot Wars 1&2. But both the screens extend beyond my iPad Mini RD. Anyone has any idea?

Yes. When I remove the pre-installed games from the documents folder.. They keep coming back anytime the app reloads

Okay, so I've dug around with iFile because I had really high hopes this would be my reason to ditch my jailbreak and move up to 8.3. My idea was to just edit the app's backup documents folder on my desktop by dumping my own roms into it and then restoring to have my roms "magically" bundled into the app.

    What I have learned:

    1. Deleting the included roms from the apps folder and the documents folder causes the app to crash on launch. Its tryign to copy the roms from the apps folder back into the documents folder and If it can't find them it crashes.
    2. This emulator is nothing more than Provenenace, it says so right in the plist files.

Since this just a rewrapped Provenance, you're better off getting it from iemulators for free. It supports iTunes sharing right out of the box, and last I checked, it's cert was recently renewed so you can install it on a non-jailbroken device without a hitch.

Where is the apps folder containing the built-in ROMs?

I can't seem to locate the apps folder using iFunbox. Where is it located?

I was wondering if, rather than just deleting the built in ROMs, which apparently causes the app to crash, if you replaced them with your own, would that be enough to make it work. Maybe there just needs to be something in there, anything.

The app's roms are in the containers folder. Your games are stored in the data folder.

The app may be checking rom names, so you may need to also rename your roms for it to work as you intend. The fallback would be providing your own artwork using their naming conventions to at least display the correct game name in the preview window.

Is the Containers folder accessible with iFunbox? I can't seem to locate it.

As the thread says if you're on 8.3 Apple have shut down the access to the folder you need. You can't do anything for now

Floppy cloud is integrated with Dropbox so you save the files to Dropbox and then access the files through floppy cloud. With homebrew, the only way to load the roms is to move the files into the data file manually with a program like ifunbox, iexplorer, etc. The problem is that with 8.3, ifunbox can no longer access the data file. You just have to wait until ifunbox figures out a workaround.

Cheers mate for clearing that up, if only homebrew could have done the same as floppy cloud.
