WOW! Fantastic news. What a blast from the past. Hoggy was a fantastic, addictive and sometimes frustrating little platformer game. I am so happy that a lot of these older games still run great on iOS 10. On a side note, any chance of an update to Four Letter Words!, one of my favorite word games.
I am truly sorry to hear that, it is a shame that sometimes gems like that often fly under the radar and go unnoticed. Thank you for the update. I still play Four Letter Words! from time to time, besides, the game works just fine on iOS 10. Looking forward to the release, and I do wish you success with Hoggy 2.
Hi AC, I hadn't looked into it at all... now that you bring it up, though, I'll definitely see about supporting it. I should look into Roku too... these TV boxes sort of fell under my radar. But Hoggy 2 would play very well on anything where the remote can act like an old Nintendo controller.
Coolpepper, I completely missed your post. I am trying to get away from F2P because I hate it. I will either try a demo (i.e. play 30 levels then buy) or a simple outright buy to play. If those fails, I'll have to drop back to F2P... but I want to give it a chance. I truly hate what has happened with the game monetization.
Check out http://www.raptisoft-forums.com/categories/hoggy for news from the dev. He said very recently he would be uploading a version with just the level sharing between 27-31 of December for testing, so the wait is nearly over!
