Wow never thought I'd see a sequel. The original was one of the first really polished games I remember on iOS. Very cool.
::queues up Csi Miami and pulls down his sunglasses:: So the Solomon is still Keeping!!!!!!!!!!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also HOGGY 2 heck yes, Raptisoft still one of fav IOS devs Please port solomons keep to 64bit maybe clean it up a bit for the newer devices.
Oh no, wait, hang on a second. Don't take my money just yet... Virtual buttons only?? Please please PLEASE tell me you can bring back the tilt-to-move mechanism from the first game, with a tap anywhere to jump?! I just can't play with virtual buttons; my thumbs keep on missing...
I had the pleasure to wait around in a courtroom today and decided to give this game a try. Turned off my sound and booted the game up. Everyone around me gave me nasty looks as the game music started playing LOUDLY even after making sure that my sound was toggled off. I guess now that im in the privacy of my own home, ill give it another go and see what all the fuss is about.
Brett Archibald: I was absolutely SHOCKED to hear that you-- and several other people-- want those tilt controls back. The amount of hate I got about Hoggy 1 having tilt controls... I fully expected to win Best Game Developer Of All Time just for leaving them out. But that said, you're not the only person who wants them back, so when I update, there will be an option in settings to tilt. (Mind blown)
Thanks so much! With BOTH control options implemented, giving us the choice, then you're sure to win that Best Game Developer Of All Time award!!
I'm fine with games that have optional tilt controls but I prefer virtual controls instead. I play on an iPad most of the time and tilt with a tablet can be cumbersome.
I almost bought this on Mac.. then Steam.. now it is mine on iPhone. Happy I had a little patience. Which is so rare for me. Sick game. And wicked challenging.
I'm keeping track of bugs and will fix them all in an update soon (along with tilt controls). Just trying to get the Android version done and out and then I'll address everything!
