Help chapter 3 mission 9 Help with mission 9 (3) "Get 4 moving headshots on target." What I need to do?? Thanks
Anyone find all the rubber ducks? I've found all the wine bottles and laptops, as well as the rogue agent, but I just can't for the life of me find any more ducks than what I have already. I found the one in the jacuzzi, the one hidden by the satellite, and the on the left corner of the the first roof just above the valet office thing.

You have to get moving head shots on the actual targets, not the guards. They will have a purple icon above their head when you tag them with the crosshairs
4 accident kills Anybody figured out how i can 4 accident kills in 20 seconds? I can get 3 if I'm lucky, what am I missing here?
Euh. Think I ended up going with Spoiler fan, then two shattered glass above the domino kills, then... Electrocution? Gas explosion (think the cocktail roof party one is promising)? Fuse box? Found it particularly frustrating that the dual gas lamp explosion only "accident kills" one person! Despite two being dead. And the person who's landed on in a domino kill doesn't count as an accident...

Chapter 4 Mission 30 How can you get 12 undetected chain? I killed 12 guard using Tag & assist ability didn't work, I tried killing them without using the ability also didn't work all the kills counted as undected but I did not pass the mission. Anyone know how can I pass this mission. Also how many times can you skip a mission and does the price increase with every skip ?
Start by getting all the accident kills, they shouldnt cause alarm and thats at least 10. Then just shoot a couple more. Or you can always use explosive rounds well placed to dispose of bodies. Also make sure the other sniper doesnt alert them but you should easily get a 12 chain before she gets on the roof.

You need to shoot 4 out of the 10 people listed in the pause screen when you're doing a mission. The kill only counts if the target was moving and not stationary. A gun with a tag & kill ability could come in handy though it is fairly easy to do it manually. Rip73 made some excellent recommendations one post below.
You have to headshot four of the main targets as they are walking basically. Guards won't do it for ya so it has to be the specific characters that are various primary targets for missions. It's a pretty easy one when you use a gun with dead eye and just always wait till they are moving and not standing still to take your shot. The list of characters that qualify as targets is in the "targets" tab at the main menu and you can identify them in the map by holding your crosshairs over them and a purple coloured target identifier appears over their head similar to the red one that appears over your main target for the mission. Or as ictoanen said above a gun with tag ability is excellent for it as well but you have to hit them while they are walking/moving.

Any advice for 8 quick kills? I can't get it done. I tried using Griffing fot tagged kills but it only kills two of them and on my own I am not nearly fast enough, especially when I try to zoom on target. And if I do not zoom I need 2 or three shots for the kill.
After you kill the target you will have about 8-9 sec till extraction, you have to get headshot during these 8 sec. I recommend taging 3 guard, kill the target and then activate the tag and assist ability which auto headshot targets.
