Due to the amazing response we received for our latest game Hextile, SledBox Interactive would like to offer 10 additional promo codes to the first ten users who PM us!

We'd also like to open this thread up to reviews about the game, so feel free to share your ideas, suggestions, and opinions. We can't promise that we'll incorporate everything into new versions, but we'll do our best!

    About Hextile

Hextile is a brilliantly simple and addictive game inspired by classics such as Bejeweled, Trism, Tetris, and Reversi. The rules are simple. Own more tiles on the hexagon-shaped board than your opponents. You can steal opponent's tiles by trapping them between two of your own, setting off a chain reaction of epic steals and last minute comebacks. Remember, strategy plays a crucial role!

Play against the computer or up to 3 friends. As an added challenge, see if you can own the entire board by the end of the game. If you can do it against 3 computer opponents, you might be a Hextile master!

    Features
    1 - 4 players.
Play against friends or computer players
    Colorblind mode available
    Auto-save feature for interrupted games
    In-game tutorial

You guys are amazing! Thanks for the great response! All 10 codes have been claimed. If you won you will receive a PM with your code shortly! Thanks!

Great concept, reminds me of the "Go!" board game. The computer is a beast for whoever play =D

What this game needs is an online multiplayer. That would be awesome. Otherwise, 9/10.

I'll keep adding to this post as I play.

Colorblind mode is a great idea. I'm not sure if many games think of this. For all colorblind players, tis game is user friendly.

For music, I like it, it's relaxing. It's like...a game night with a bunch of friends.

Things get crazy when you add a 2nd and even 3rd computer player. This makes for great fun, but it still stays challenging.

Nice game. I left following review on iTunes. Thanks for letting me try this game.

Hextile is a variant of the classic territory taking game Go-Moku. Instead of having to worry about 4 sides though, you need to be concerned about 6 sides.

The game is nicely presented with appropriate options, nice colors, and even a color deficient mode.

Play can be with up to 4 players, with up to 3 of them being computer AI. You can have different player names. I had fun playing with my son.

In game music and sounds are nice, although repetitive after a time. It would be nice to have an option to play your own music.

There is ability to pause and resume.

Computer AI seems pretty good, and can get challenging when playing against more than one computer opponent.

A nice game for people that like strategy games, very well presented.

    An added challenge

An additional challenge for Hextile is trying to 'own' the entire board at the end of the game. Set yourself up as Player 2 against a single computer opponent (it can be done against more but it's very challenging).

Here's a tip - there are 6 tiles on the board that cannot be taken from you, including the very top and bottom tiles, and the corner tiles on each side. Try to get those as soon as they become available and you'll be on your way...

If you can do this in 3 or 4 player mode post a screenshot!
