@nullzone - we see a good number of these characters sold every day through the Heroes of Steel Elite game via iTunes. Is there a way to restart your device and give it another try? Are you connected to 3G or Wifi and can log in to your App Store? We can see this working for many gamers every day, so it seems like it is in your network connection & device?
@nullzone - I answered the first post in the questions thread http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=3251680#post3251680 In response to the secondary feedback - 1) You never get more than 7 AP. Juggernaut (Vraes, top level Talent) can grant extra AP, but its the only ability in the game that provides it. 2) Picking between 1H and 2H weapons definitely requires some consideration, but I can guarantee that 2H weapons are a very valid choice. No it doesn't, they're still purchasable separately. In the long run the game may be cheaper when purchasing the elite than the lite version IF there are more than 4 or 5 episodes. If not I believe the pricing seeks to be pretty close to being in par.
I think you still have to buy the extra chars... but you don´t have to buy the chapters.. in the end its the same money... Its just a way to minimize the IAPs...

Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply, and for the extra info! Rebooting my iPad resolved the purchase issue, for whatever reason. Starts to feel like Windows now Got some new weapons and indeed, the 2H weapons now start to make in terms of damage for the one less attack. I normally avoid reading guides for the first playthrough; want to play a game without extra knowledge, before doing a replay. For the second set of characters, I already looked at some build advise, though. Your 3) Sounds great, looking forward to it. And copying from the other thread: 1) Again, excellent news, most appreciated! 2) I don't know how many people just try this / figure it out by themselves. Somewhat expected, yes; but not every game does this. 3) And again, very nice. Can I suggest an old looking map, like crumpled parchment? 4) Made that not clear enough, sorry: I got the stat increases just fine. But when you level up the first time, you don't know about the campsites yet, and that you only can distribute the stat points there. I expected to be able to do so right away, i.e. directly after levelup. 6) No bugs or anything so far, fingers crossed and no need to apologise for me not liking your savegame solution. I just find it very user-unfriendly, but I am a stickler for a good UX . Like, say, Word only allowing you to make one save of a document, no saving again under a different name. You wouldn't accept that either, I'd think? But no worries, still a great game, enjoying it immensely.
@nullzone - we thrive on feedback, so my pleasure. The map will in fact have an old looking parchment background and a ink-pen style for drawing the features, roads and towns. Thanks for the clarification about the level-up guidance. This is, in the dungeons of Red Hill, when you first gain a level, you need to be told that you'll have to wait until a safe place to rest to spend your points. Very good point. MS Word has a very different purpose ... but we both know that We are working on some very special in-game options you could complete at different points that would allow you to re-spec your team.

@fallen: did i dreamed or you said somewhere that there would be a "respec" functionality in the future? Or a way to introduce the new characters without playing all from the beginning? I have the game on hold waiting for all the characters to be released because of this ... and what I would like is to be playing it
@duncanedi - we do have a good plan now laid out for how we will allow respec within the game at certain key points and at a high value to the group. We don't have any plans at this time to allow hot-swapping characters yet.

Real stand out game, good job. My only two minor quibbles, that you can't transfer party/progress from the 'demo' version to the elite version, and that there are no health bars on the enemies. Otherwise, this game is a great achievement
@AmazingJas - thanks for the encouragement! Sorry about the inability to transfer, we've tried to setup a system where the games are equal but simply purchased different.
