I just bought a Chest of Runes, i was charged, never received the runes though. Any clues? What to do? I already contact GameLoft, but I'm kind of hopeless right now. Great game, but that situation is beyond questionable. Anyone experience the same? Best, Bruno
Depends on country of residence, outside of UK/Brittish law I can't help you... inside the UK and islands associated however, I can. Let me know if you are inside. As you have contacted them though, you are best giving it 48 hours for a potential reply, Before taking further action. I've paid money for bad goods in the past, but if you know your stuff you can get a refund by law. Electronic, intangible goods delivered over the internet are still covered for things like this over here even though the companies don't want to tell you that. It would be a sorry state if you weren't given the runes. Even with Gamelofts bad points I'm sure they will apologise in due course and give you the runes you purchased... Just don't leave it too long. If I were to place a bet I would say they will come good sooner than later. As an asside, I'd be interested to know why the free tap joy gem list has gone though. I guess people were using it and never credited for those either like myself.

Anyone else having this issue? My stats have now been completely reset... And considering how hard it is to get a game, gaining those levels back does not sound appealing... I love this game so far but this is just ridiculous.
Ok this looks just like LoL and I am excited to play!!! Can anyone share their opinions on the network and latency of the game? I figure a game like this might have lag issues especially if you are going to play with friends in real time
If you are happy to spend a few hours just getting a game purely down to Gameloft server lag, then it's a great game.
This game is like a shiny gem covered in 5 foot of poo. If you are willing to dig through the 5 feet of poo you will enjoy it.
Guild Skills For guild skills, do you have to buy the skills individually to get the effect, or is it anyone in the guild?
Servers matching does not work most of the time (almost all of the time) Ranking does not work (Ladderboards) shows most of the community as 0games played. Fix afk in town leechers who take exp but do nothing but ready in lobby and at end of game win or loose get exp and emblems... How is that fair??? Guild chat should be a post it message board so those offline can read up when they log in unlike the useless chat which only works if they are online and if they check before they log out. Can't figure out how to use in game voice chat, said "use microphone" i hear others sometimes but they never hear me (i have voice chat on) Dark elf is too overpowering, they always top player in any game. It's one class which has every skill helpfull in pvp unlike most other classes which have so many USELESS skills. Allow assisted kills on npc to give some gold now it just gives gold to "killing blow". Fix the "suggested items" they don't often give good advice... Auto matchmaking does not work 100% broken since start. Crashes and random disconnects even froze my iPhone 5 every day !
I'm leader of Void guild 70/85 members and skills are purchasable by clan leader only it seems which is unfair as we already have to spend 110 runes real $$$ for expanding by 5 max members in guild each time. Every skill unlocked is supposedly active to all members at all time as when u buy one it sais "enabled" not "active/equip/set"
Dark elf is not overpowering, it is perfectly beatable with any class using the correct strategy and care. In fact, in my experience it is the easiest class to hold back due to the HP. In fact most games I fight against a dark elf and it's quite low on the score board because I harass them before they can level up. early-mid game is a weakness for them. Keep one back a couple of levels early and it has no chance later on. Just a case of using sleight Of hand. When you get in close they fall fast. Any class fed will dominate the field regardless, even the support healer... The rest of what you said is mostly true, but not the dark elf. If you want to see what I mean, duke me in a 1 on 1. You as dark elf and me as a healer. You will soon change your mind! Also there are many locked classes waiting for a rotation, how can one claim a particular class is overpowered without trying every other type out with knowledge about skill use Btw What skills do you consider useless? I haven't seen one skill that has no use in the proper situation.
Hey guys and girls -I have played a bit of LOL and I'm glad to see this game on mobile - I hope the servers get fixed coz I have really been enjoying this game managed to get away with 4 PvP games -won 2 and lost 2-Haven't been able to connect since but I have been playing solo Great game, please fix servers it would be a shame for people to turn their backs on this coz this is epic for a mobile game.
