Arguably the most successful freemium scheme in history, so I'd say Gameloft might be on to something here I do hope they use the same in-game earnings mechanics to allow us to unlock stuff without real money as well.
I wouldn't argue, but just agree ("Successful", from the perspective of player base and profits, not out of personal preferences )
I play tanks and junglers in LOL mostly, i hope this game is can offer me what i want to be as well. And im looking forward to playing with you guys too. If a bundle for all characters is available, consider this IAP is bought. But i assume there will be new champs coming out later too.
http://www.slidetoplay.com/story/heroes-of-order-and-chaos-hands-on-preview They say that you can play "online" against bots of human players, so chances are that an Internet connection is required.
Because they are iap kings people complain about them yet people get them still.i admit I have a freemeium game called tapped out but I never once used real money to get stuff never have unless a real game had extra levels like scribblenaunts.
I'll give it a shot. Hopefully the IAP will be optional and not lead to a serious imbalance between people who spend a lot and those who don't. I don't mind paying to permanently play a hero I happen to like.
Iap needs to be optional but your gonna face people who's team kills you in one hit because they like to cheat by using the cheap iap way.
Not if they rely on a Leage of Legends/Tribes: Ascend/Smite/AirMech/many other MOBAs and online battle arenas-inspired model, where only heroes and visual customization can be purchased for real-world money.
Game looks good, the controls do change up the gameplay so it's a mix between smite and lol . Personally I prefer lol but that's just me.
