You can't delete saves. What I do is just reuse them over and over...

Upload maps !!!?

I read in the tips after you reload a save that anyone can add with iTunes file manager new maps found on internet to its ipad Heroes 3 app.


Did anyone try this ?

 

I just tried : it works !!

Just use itunes to add new maps
No JB

1/Connect your iPad
2/ open iTunes
3/ go to iPad > apps > file sharing > Heroes 3 > paste there your new maps

In heroes 3 all new maps are in green

Why would they leave this out of the patch notes!?! Time to play again, it seems. I can confirm that it works as described, although random maps created with the PC version do not, likely due to them being created by the expansion.

 

Where can I find new maps on the internet? Does anyone have the webpages?

 

Googling "heroes 3 maps" will be a lot faster and easier than waiting for someone to do it and post here (I'm not even sure if URLs are allowed in posts). Just make sure you are NOT grabbing maps for the expansions.

I began one and it worked.
No crash yet but no new units yet.

 

Will there be any expansion packs added in the future like Armageddon's Blade or Shadow of Death? or this is complete version?

 

There won't be unless they somehow come across the source code. It was lost and they have no way of gaining access to the expansions without the code

 

On iOS 9 only avilable language is english

I know this is an oldish thread, but I've been thinking about buying this and I saw a lot of people complaining about the lack of maps. Does this mean in multiplayer, or single player?

 

I know it's Ipad only, will there be a way to play it on an Iphone 7 plus. i know it's smaller, but easier to carry around than an ipad pro

 

If you could jailbreak that 7+ then yes. I have it on my JB ip6+ Along with many other iPad only games. Be warned, text is small so you do need extensive use of the native zoom function.
Don't think there's currently a JB for iOS 10 so you'll have to wait.

 

I would love to see them find a way to tinker with the UI for an iPhone version of this.

Hi, I want to purchase HOMM3 for my iPad, but I am not sure if it's iOS 11 compatible.

Will it work on iOS 11?

If you can download it on an ios11 iPad, it will play. Ios11 won't let you buy a 32 bit game. So the long answer is go to the store and see if purchase is enabled. The slightly shorter answer is yes it does.
