Any Bluetooth or LAN co-op play? I can't get it at all if it doesn't do that. I play in transit, and 3G doesn't do well for devices moving at high speed.
Just got into top 20 coop with my lvl 15 Ranger I can't find a good use for elven arrows it seems to suck. :/ (fire arrows are amazing though)
Could be... pretty sure no one could get there level up that fast even if they played every second since the update came out Technically it shouldn't matter that much though... because they're still only hacking whats possible in a regular game, and the game has to be balanced even when a hero is super high level... bc it IS possible to get a lvl 99 hero (i know of some who legitimately leveled up that high).
Could the dev give advice to counter this? Paladin: get units to distract other units, use invuln to kill cultists and whack at tree and hero if he comes close, with the enemy's income crippled, make units to kill off hero. Is this a bit unbalanced??
Shaman with spider web to slow him down, then you just wait for the invulnerability to ware off and play on as normal. If you're afraid of his knockback, you could also get ancient armor, or level up your armor stat.
Hey guys, just a quick tip as I've been playing more... I'm having a blast btw playing against such a huge range of competition We'll keep a really close eye on what kind of imbal strategies pop-up and whipe them out ASAP. Anyway, when you fight a high level knight or paladin, they almost always think they can just bum rush your tree. So my advice is to get 4-5 cultists, max cap of skeletons, and then get swordsman, goblin mushroom, and death strike (you can only get that load-out against a level 50+ hero)... active mushroom for some serious damage, and use death strike whenever. Remember, you're the one who can heal really quickly, not them... so you CAN whittle them down if they get cocky. Against a paladin you might also want to get ancient armor, but only use it if you catch yourself in a bad spot and are afraid of getting perma-knocked (ancient armor protects from knockdown while active).
Any ideas what to do against a good aimed ranger that can PWN you in a couple of hits before you even get started? Heh nvm, move I suppose but still... Lol Also look at the IAP list on the app store already
Yep... always zigzag and stay unpredictable. Use the rock on the left of the map as intermediate cover. Use a bunch of fodder to keep him occupied and to hide behind. Remember, his greatest weakness is that he is SUPER feeble. Archers or Goblin Snipers should be a good counter
Not that this is a problem, but have you noticed that the quiver is backwards on the ranger, and the arrowheads are sticking out? Whatever, but I just wanted to give a tiny suggestion for next update(whenever that will be). The ranger's crosshairs are too bright IMO. When I try to arch them for the damage bonus, it's kinda hard to see it with the grayish sky and all. I don't know how one would go about changing that with style though, since gray crosshairs fit the game.
You change it by going near the tree and there's an option to change the hero. You upgrade your hero by buying the upgrade icons on the bottom of the hero page.
I bought the iap for all the character skins to thank foursaken for making an awesome game! The ranger Is sweet. Saving up for the Mage. What are his alternate skins, any humans?
