Haha - yep, that was me. Good ole' Engineer And yeah, can you remove that exploit from your post to keep it as close to unknown as possible? Fixed for next update.
Hey when you guys post new bug finds, can you be more specific about your device, OS, and the circumstances surrounding the instance? I just played a bunch of multiplayer games on the full range of devices, from ipod touch 4, to iphone 4, ipad 2, and iphone 5 and didn't come across any new or strange issues like the ones you guys are talking about... everything seemed to be running smoothly across the spectrum. I'll keep playing a bunch every day to see if I see anything of course, and we'll check out the reports you guys have given us (the invisible hero bug, for ex). That's not to say they don't exist of course, we're just not seeing any of them and are having a had time tracking them down... so all the help we can get would be great! edit: found the invisible hero bug . Hotfix coming.
Arssle is also a cheater, spammed me with trolls, orcs, 3 drummers, basically everything you could think of right off the bat. Anyway cheaters can be dealt with. On the GC boards at least. Edit: 4and1 is SP cheater, and somehow had a damage modifier, because his dash did 790. Even if he cheated with SP it wouldn't affect the damage of his abilities.
Anyone want to play co op? Same name on here as GC, memyselfnoone I'm a lvl 40 something Mage , and prefer a support role( I seem to perform better being covered by a heavy hitter) Had a couple brilliant rounds today, best was a 17 min session with a lvl 54 veteran, who just kinda worked with me( I'd hold em' off and blitz the lower enemies then freeze up a pile of heavy hitters for the vet to total ) Mainly as Mages can't really hit heavy damage, I'm better at taking a back role ( taking enemy mages down really makes playing Mage worthwhile) Well that's my randomness over with
I freaking hate these hackers Yeah I realized that those guys you do 1 damage to, and they do like 500 per hit when on level 6 are SP hackers... but you said you saw abilities do more damage?
I'm 99% sure his dash one shot my tree for 700+, but it could have missed short and he meleed it once. Now that I think of it he definitely went through the tree, so I'm pretty sure it was his dash doing 790.
Hey rugged, did you get an out of sync game again? Seems to effect evil more than good, but I've also had an invisible good player, which is way worse because you can't hide as evil. I actually made a guy force quit who was invisible becaus I protected my castle so well and stayed active and built up a steel wall with 3 repairmen and he could damage the wall, ended up destroying all his forces, Honestly if he changed to mummy and got buffed he could have beat my wall down anyway, but he sucked.
Annnnddd another bug. Had a guy break my wall down, and then when I fixed it up, they could still pass through the one side of the wall. Didn't seem like the hero knew it, or if he could, but orcs kept on passing through the one side, even if I repaired it. It appeared up, but troops were passing through it. I love you guys, but you guys seriously muffed this last update.
Leaderboard still not always updating, had single player endless over an hour not show up from earlier today. Not the end of the world, but would have put me at #2! Ipad 3.
Can you give some more details? Just tried to reproduce a bunch of times and couldn't... was the game lagging? What hero were you, and what hero were they? Which side were they passing through (if you were facing your keep, right, middle or left)? What type of walls? Thanks.
Clear walls bug, which I've only ever gotten after the most recent update(and turning the ipad off an off)
I did notice lagging, enemies would take damage at a delay, which made to even harder to kill the enemies behind my wall. So perhaps if you can equate it to whatever lag makes the game delay damage after you swing at a mob. I was knight, he was....mummy? Or wraith, I forget. They were passing through the right side of the wall if you're good and facing the evils tree. I believe it was wooden, but even after I fixed it to a higher tier it still did it. Now that I think of it perhaps whatever "check" the game does for a troop to not walk through a wall and attack it, was delayed by the lag, and by the time it registered it was too late they walked through. I'm guessing the walls aren't truly impassable by troops, since sometimes they get knocked through.
Wow, I multiplayer is hella funny. Level 11 Paladin did 500 dmg per swing, whereas my attacks did 1 dmg to him. He killed tree and me in 1 swing. Yup, dem haxorz! I take it random versus matches are rather worthless? Too many hackers.
