I love this game but since the most recent update I cannot complete a multiplayer coop without either the app crashing or the other player "disconnecting" from the game. I hope this issue is the devs top priority right now. And the rate that legendgary runes are crafted is nowhere near 12%. Not even close.
Thanks! Hmmm, we'll check it out to see if we can find anything weird. Also, another heads up in regards to Siege and Versus mode balance... we've actually overhauled some Evil mechanics again... After tons of testing and playing, we finally decided that the games just weren't going as we wanted them to be going, even with the changes I said before... ironically, Evil is the one who is on defense more, and the Good player has to be on offense, constantly raiding Cultists, Standard, etc... it was also stupid how you HAD to get swordsman just to stand half a chance in a battle with any good hero... so we've made some tweaks to alleviate that and hopefully open up more strategies for Evil. SO, what you will see now is: - Cultists, standard bearers, and goblin drummers now have a protective aura and take NO damage while the wormwood tree is alive - Wormwood tree is less durable, and will now take longer to regrow - Cultists are more expensive - giving Evil an eco more similar to the Good side - Goblin "tech tree" now uses Goblin Drummers more, offering more of a divergent path - Evil heroes do about 75% extra damage to Good heroes - making them a bigger threat (Swordsman is now more expensive, to compensate for its increased effectiveness) at the start of a match - In versus, Evil can now choose their hero class before the match starts - Various tweaks to OPed and UPed hero classes and abilities From our testing so far, battles are a LOT more fun, open up more options, and games end up becoming much more interesting... for the first time we had several games in a row last to the "mid game" phase where both players are summoning high level units and really battling... we'll of course keep tuning into community feedback, but I think this will be a good first step into making Versus much more fun.
I kinda liked the difference in styles for VS, how evil could adapt well and didn't have to commit too much to one style, but I guess this works if it means more fun competitive play.
Yeah I didn't necessarily mean less options, it's just seems like they'll be less malleable than before, and more commited to one specific gameplan.
I can see what VisionWeb described too. Weird I use similar setup all the time, and I never paid attention (especially in late game) that blunderbuss damage scaled up so high (over 1K). Just did a endless without doing any kiting and lasted over 56 mins (and over 2700 kills). I wasn't paying too much attention to the cats otherwise I could last much longer. Might stop kiting from here on out. Btw, hero level is almost irrelevant here (as long as you max out the special skills). Most damage is done by the units.
Third time I was looking at game centre friends list and accepting your invite at the same time caused the game to bug bad. It happens a LOT when I'm invited to GC matches and I'm looking at the multiplayer section the game just can't handle it at all. It doesn't know what to do when your setting up a game and chose to accept an invite instead, like there is some kind of conflict in the back. First two times no biggie, if you want to try again later just invite
Sorry about the co-op fail, got booted twice. Hopefully broadband upgrade (20 --> 100meg) at my end will help from next Sat, plus any other fixes. But will try some co-op randoms to see if its game rather than my broadband though
COOP is a good way to level up if stuck at any point and then revisit the level which is problematic.
Any high level players up for coop. I'm trying to get to the 1:30 mark. Me and this 42 Mage made it to almost a hour then got disconnected. I thought for sure we could have made it.

I was meaning to ask you if you've figured out the issue, rugged, or if it was just that day. I had problems with invites same day, but only with GC friends - playing with random users was okay. Haven't really played since then.
I hope by tweaking heroes you also meant that damage made from Ranger to tree because if not, evil will not stand a chance Really looking forward to this update. And on next one too. And another ane as well. Also next update will be awesome for sure What'm trying to say is all the content and balance changes you make are always great so I am not afraid of those chances
IMHO yeah, The only thing that doesn't sit well with me is the potential of shorter games being forced on us though, when the best solution where it is, is now. Quitting early for those that want a shorter game is fine they still get rewarded for it and when I feel like long games without risk I just chose some one off the list rather than random. Asside from that, which thankfully doesn't seem to be completely predetermined this is one of the most played things on my iPad already. Glad to see at least one developer not going the easy route and actually taking care about gameplay, woohoo! The last two classes were enough for my personal GOTY material, but for 3-4 more classes to get added at least makes it a breath of fresh air. The app store is flooded with developers sporting bad excuses, Yet here is a real gem in the making. Smething to dig into and show up studios with more money than care how to do it properly.
hey does anyone know the ranger's damage at lv 99 without any stat points? im currently at 43 and i need to plan my sp path damagewise
