Getting bored of this game - NOT REALLY - IT'S THE BEST IOS GAME EVER! A few hero ideas to throw in the mix : - Elf female assassin type : hand-to-hand fighter with 2 daggers. Very quick run and quick striker, low armour, abilities are magic-y AoE attacks, single unit super powerful assassin strike, buff-y abilities for units and charm spell to turn an enemy or enemies on to the good side for a time. - Beast "Tamer" : has a whip with decent range and can hit multiple tartgets in one crack, but slow to attack, abilities revolve around summoning animals that attack or distract the enemy. - A mounted hero : maybe on a horse or beast of some kind with a lance or a chain-mace, powerful and fast but has restricted turning circle, longer run up = more damage. Abilities include calling in a stampede and buffs for the horse/beast for better agility, armour etc. - A proper gandalfy wizard : based on the walls only and falls/teleports back to a tower or on top of keep when walls are knocked down, he's dying so health reducing every few seconds, replenishes when he does damage, or health linked to castle walls (a convoluted set up as ground units won't make direct contact). Ranged attacker shoots fire bolts, charge up for longer reach / more power. Abilities could include a magic energy wall further out than the castle wall to block everyone or split the field and buy some time to deal with a section of baddies. Another could be a sheet of fire on the ground inflicting damage the longer an enemy spends on it, also maybe an ability that shoots bolts that auto target for a time. Beserker huge big guy : I know a tank type was mentoned by the Devs already This would be slow moving, no sprint, high health, slow attack but really powerful attacks that hit a similar range/arc as the paladin. Abilities would include a rage/hulk mode with increased speed and even more power, a reverse taunt / intimidation ability that "scares" away nearby enemies (various effect depending on type of enemy), a powerful ground stomp AoE attack.
Here's what I normally do when playing as Engineer 4 Gold mines Steel walls 3 Riflemen Dwarven Hut Couple blunderbusses Forge More blunderbusses Longbeard 3 repairmen 2 ballista towers, 2 mortar towers Couple dreadnought things.
That sounds pretty epic. How about a dude that can turn into animals? Equipped with a longsword, 300 health, 25 damage. He can turn into a bear, a turtle and a tiger. Strength, armor and speed. Those are his 3 skills. Maybe looking at 30 seconds duration and 60 second cooldown. Level 5 is 1 minute duration and 35 second cooldown. Bear- Attack+200% Level 5- Attack+360% turtle- Damage taken -50% level 5 Damage taken -100% Tiger- Run+10 seconds level 5-Run+30 seconds. Played the best game today with a level 56 mage. They are so OP. their skill cooldowns are so fast like wow. The guy could've stayed behind the castle walls just mass spamming his skills... Like wow it was amazing. Every 30 seconds he'd unleash everything. So awesome :3 Question, when will the future update come?
I don't like your idea becouse of animals but I like a idea of transforming hero. Cool game mechanics
+1 gold income is already given at start. Which gives you a total of 6 mines to build (4 inside the walls and 2 out of the walls). So if you're building 5 gold mines, you must be pretty stupid, because the 5th will be outside the walls and the enemy destroys it pretty quick. 4 mines = 5 gold income
Hey, I'm starting the game over as Mage. Any tips on how to use him properly? And which skills to level up first?
+life when damaged, id put 1 in this then 1 in ice and aoe lightning, then max the +life passive ice at max lvl its 90% uptime, its really good. aoe lightning (1 at first), its damage scales ok, but you wont need the damage until much later so put 1 in it and then max it later rest. max the rest of the stuff last. The ranged dot is really good in pvp. Stats wize, after your skills are max you can either go traditional +damage or alternatively max +defense. I would not put any points in run, at lvl 99 you have plenty of run speed. hope it helps
Thanks man!! Unfortunately, I already started leveling up Lightning to 3, but I'll level up life next. Thanks. Btw, am I the only one who thinks the Lightning shouldn't strike behind your walls? Most enemies are in front of your walls.
gotcha. i wasn't sure if he meant 4 mines total or 4 mines on top of the initial one. i learned about the outside mines the hard way... lol. i didn't get it, how my mines past 5 kept getting destroyed, running around everywhere looking for catapults or gnome bombers. only when i actually saw one get destroyed did i realize they were being built outside. noob mistakes.
i literally RUN into huge groups of mobs praying the lightning hits. it usually does. i have mine maxed for duration + damage.
I'm begging you, make smarter AI. I mean... Your skeletons are destroying the wall. When they destroy it, they run to another wall to destroy it! I always thought that the purpose of destroying walls was to get inside the castle, right? ... Can you please fix that?
I think Endless is easiest depending on your heroes ability to take down the back line and also support the front side, I build in this order as my 26 Engi. 5 Gold Mines Forge/dwarves Hut Blunders Walls upgraded, depends how high. 4 Mortars. (They take out archers and goblin bombers an even snipers) whereas ballistas barely hit harder than a fully upgraded rifleman. Then rifleman/long beard/2 repairman Then do like 2-3 dreads, usually this gets me up to the wraith and giant squadron around 17:00, even with 1000 gold I still get raped. Anyone gy a strat? Or does my hero just need to be stronger.
