Alright thanks Louie. I'm going to be picking up some crystals just as soon as I pick up an itunes GC later today. Hope to see you all on the battlefield soon, as friend or foe!
I finally tried out the multiplayer (Coop) on this game after spending a ton of time in Campaign mode (I am struggling with level 21 playing as a level 31 Mage). Multiplayer worked flawlessly for me, although it seemed like my revive time in my second Coop game was really long - perhaps a minute. What a blast! Heroes and Castles is so outrageously good, it is ridiculous!
No problem, happy to help. Friend me anytime if you want a coop with a lethal partner. I'm louisfriend on gc.
What's your health level at? You may want to invest in the Regenerate skill max out as it will slightly more than double your recovery rate. Failing that, I keep enough gold on hand to do quick recharges. Spending gold on health doesn't appeal to some, but I'll take my Mage's health over any unit I could put in place of it. Although giants in coop are extremely effective.
any of you rangers use elven towers much? is it really powerful when maxed? the cooldown is pretty long.
Please consider adding in experience runes at your leisure, or at least consider it even if it doesn't happen. As it is I like this game even MORE now than when it came out but with the cheater getting level 99 ranger on first day it's a bit deflating and something for the legitimate players to use to catch up with the lame cheaters and reclaim the survival timers from them would be really good. I'm sure by now there are legit 99 rangers and mages but I think a couple of +5-10% basic exp runes with +10-20% legendary ones would help to even out the imbalance of cheating. How they play the game is up to them im sure...but when it affects others it's just a little annoying Except in the case of actual PVP of course where they can be stomped on... But still it's frustration to know that people who play less than me are at the maximum level
you get exp in this game by doing damage, so a +damage/crit rune is same thing as a +exp rune, and it helps you get further, last longer, and get more exp by doing more damage... so just fyi
I think FourSqu4re Media can offer real money option in app purchase of a "Exp potion" which gives extra exp for 24 hours for example. i know id pay real money for that
Yeah probably, but those numbers were plucked up in seconds for a mere forum post, I don't really think me doing the actual math there would help them out much lol. It was more about how people exploded in levels without really doing anything for it. Spending gems on Exp boosting runes or potions wouldn't be a bad idea in itself, though having them solely linked to IAP might not go down well with some people.
I have Regenerate and all but one of the Skills maxed out. I have hardly touched upgrading my Mage's regular attributes. I will try recharging my health as you suggest. Thanks!
hey guys so i have a lvl 50 paladin and i got all abilities maxed out and stuff buy now im not quite sure on what should i invest my points in? also on my mage i got ice and lightning maxed out, along with the passive that gives u health when u kill enemies, i think i should max out the regenerate ability next but what would u guys recommend? and id be happy to play with anyone on some coop so hit me up GC: shadowhawkx
I suppose it works on playstyle. I upgrade damage almost exclusively because I can kill faster, I don't worry too much about big enemies hitting me because their swings are usually quite slow, with a paladins heal and invul. Shield it's got enough defence already any way (as far as I'm concerned myself) As for maxing out the Mage I don't think it matters too much but if you don't have fire yet it's not a bad skill too boost for the dot on you guessed it, large enemies
My Mage is maxed on active/passive skills, but I'm pretty lucky to have a +70 damage rune so I have dedicated more sp to health than most might. Here's where it stands at level 54: Health - 910 Damage - 87 Critical - 27% Armor - 28 Run - 7.1 Most of my remaining points as I level up will be to health/armor, as the Mage is incredibly effective on damage already. Just keeping it on the field is the challenge.
Regenerate gives more time to fight, less time to spend healing. If you depend on spell casting as much as I do, health points are at a premium.
yep, i just can't see myself really using elven arrows. i don't really build arrow turrets or archers even through campaign, and not endless. are the rest of you using it?
1) They don't want to give advantage to paying players in leveling up heroes (THANK YOU) 2) Consumables (effect only for 24hrs) and especially consumables in inap leads to bad rating. I started using 1 arrow tower against skeleton archers but I stopped using ranger because he has skill that I always forget to use - trap - there is no time to place it for me. Why would I use hero with 1 (fire arrows) - 2 (FA+EA) active skills when there are heroes with such a great skills? I don't say he's not great or powerfull - maybe he's even OP but he does not fit my playstyle. Don't get me wrong I LOVE this game and I prefer some heroes more than others
No advantage to IAP customers, good stuff right here. Glad it won't change... Exp boosts are still a good idea though, implemented in a fair way for all, just not through Some ridiculous pay system so I'm glad that wont happen. My main concern is the people who level to 99 doing nothing Leaving the rest who do behind :'(
