I just got a legendary rune for a coop game for lasting 16 minutes or so, and my mage only got on measly level. I wasn't behind the walls once, i was running around and killing things. Now I'm level 26. My other heroes seem liked they'd gain 2 or 3 levels in that time. I think the mage does need to be able to gain more experience from using skills not just direct damage from attack.
Anyone else notice how energy efficient this game is? I mean, my battery drainage is really low compared to other games I play out there.
Does anyone know if enemies scale according to level in co-op mode? I mean if I'm stuck with a low level partner, are we just SOL?
Was just noticing this on the train ride to work this morning. Was on the train for 45 mins playing the whole time and battery went down 5%. Seems very consistant on its drain. Is this game made in the Unreal UDK or Unity Engine? Does anyone know what engine it is using? Its amazing.
No doubt. It's a life saver especially at the end of a long endless or coop campaign where you're desperately fighting to keep walls from collapsing and staying alive.
level 19 didnt cause my ranger or my knight any difficulties at all too...neither did level 20...BUT that darn level 28...thanks for all the advice from all ppl...im currently trying it out and lost only b/c i accidentaly let my hero die but im sure i can beat it now
I'm not that great, I have played it a lot though. I do think they need more hints for like difficult levels if you fail them multiple times. Have you tried playing a multiple heroes? Buy doing that and trying co-op, you should be able to level up and get crystals that make the game easier. If you need a strategy, the easiest way for me is the paladin+Inspire(unit discount ability)+heal(active and passive)+ blacksmith + pikemen= the answer for almost every level up to 19. The only things I've seen stand up to pikeman swarm is like orc chieftans, trolls, wraiths etc and there are other ways to deal with them.
lol yep like, even when their are attackable enemies nearby, all of my units attack the wraith. Like i can't get them to focus any other time. Even with a level 80 something paladin, who can one hit the wraiths, they are still a challenge, because of what you said. If you leave to kill a catapult or something, all you units will kamikaze themselves on the nearest wraith.
I hate those guys. Like I was a maged killing two trolls and orc chieftan single handedly, and they still destroyed my keep. They were hiding like behind a rock on the extreme left end but by the time I got to them the keep was done for.
Yeah... like not to sound racist or anything but I really really loathe goblin bombers. There are times I want to go to their village and kill off all their women so they can't breed.
COOP with strangers... So far I've only played coop with my 7 year old and we are able to talk and devise strategy... I play a pally so I focus on troops and he focuses on walls, towers and buildings. We both kill as needed. What is the normal strategy when you are playing with a stranger?
I usually build me two gold mines, then if I'm knight I try to focus on walls and killing things, then probably battle academy, peons, riflemen. If I'm pally, usually two gold mines, walls, riflemen, pikes, blacksmith, more pikes.
Foursaken: 1. When update hits, will hero stats self-fix? I don't know if mine are correct or not. 2. I don't like names for skins. I don't tell they are orrible (can you see what I did there? ) but Solomon is still Paladin. However I like stories when chosing them 3. Suggestion: in some update we could get new rune type one type is common, uncommnon etc second type should be SIEGE RUNES (Evil runes? or good runes? Or both?). They will NOT have high stats or EVERY (maybe just some) stat from "type 1" runes (run, gold, starting gold should not be there for sure) but I believe they will let us create more strategies. In siege mode evil rune +tree regen rune, hp regen from tree, tree respawn -x seconds to name a few of "evil runes" and -x% from evil hero abilities (for example 10%, no high numbers) for good rune 4. Suggestion: next hero could be tank (not becouse of outfit ). Lots of HP, lots of armor but 0 (that's right, ZERO) run (not upgradeable in any way), very little damage like 5 or maybe 0 but 100% crit to aoe knockback, melee range and abbilities to attack OR defend OR support (not mixed, just 1 class). Mabe skill to give x crit to troops? (2x or 3x damage or special crit like heroes - each unit different crit effect) 5. In co-op we should see second player's rune. It was easy to decide to upgrade units/buildings depending on your or (if you had knight) friendly hero. We should see he's got discount on units/buildings. It is better than send him message what does he have when we play mix of knight/ranger/mage. 6. Evil side should not see which hero did "good" player chose. This way if he'll not rush, evil hero can not adjust strategy to specific hero.
hmmm, are peons and pikes even used in coop? We tend to focus on blunderbuss and riflemen and balistas, repairmen on steel walls.
I've been kinda apsent in iOS games when I was in time-out, so I just spotted that there's an update. I downloaded it like an our ago and I'm amazed how awesome vs. Mode and siege modes are. I'm having trouble in siege though as I can't seem to get pass 15 minutes... Any suggestions on what strategy I should use? Also, the two sticks sticking out of the "white" mage's back are kinda annoying as it limits the view. @Foursaken_Media... You promised that we'll play a round of vs. someday... And I'm not gonna forget that
